   Bought a property managed by these people and turned up the next day to pick up the keys and they refused to give them to me due to the fact that they hadn't organised all the associated items for the property and are posting them on. Disorganised. Claimed they hadn't sorted any of it out due to the fact that they didn't know when someone was coming to pick everything up. You can make up your own minds if you want to deal with them

   Fantastic experience all round. Couldn’t rate them highly enough, my first experience of renting and moving into my own flat and the process was seamless from start to finish (just moved out last week after almost three years). As a first time renter, it could have been a daunting process but everything was so straightforward. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

   I would highly reccomend not using this estate agent. I contacted them regarding a viewing, went to the viewing, filled out the application etc for the landlord, gathered all the supporting documents and didnt get a response for them for days - then finally after me sending umpteen emails got an email saying the landlord was considering another application so the property would be off the market soon. They did not bother to even send my application to the landlord. A complete waste of time and would urge people to avoid.
