   We can highly recommend the services of this estate agency, from the impressive video shot by Malcolm to the invaluable support and advice we received from Emma and team, they made what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless process when selling our property. The digital customer account removes the need for telephone contact as appointments are arranged by the team and updated on line as is all feedback.We wouldn’t hesitate to appoint them again if selling our property.

   I used Caledonia to sell my flat. Everyone I dealt with there couldn't have been more helpful. Sharon, Garry and Emma. Emma was my main point of contact and she really is so knowledgeable and was a great help as I had only ever bought my flat so had never sold anything before so was a bit clueless. Any queries or questions she knew the answers. When my first buyer pulled out after 4 weeks she got the flat back on the websites the same day, dealt with the solicitors etc and always replied to me quickly whenever I emailed. Luckily the house I then went on to buy was marketed by Caledonia too so I dealt with Emma when buying my new house and again the level of customer interaction is above and beyond in my opinion, I had seen agents from Purple Bricks and Caledonia and I am so happy I went with them as I felt Purple Bricks just left you to get on with it yourself. Caledonia was the same price too so I am glad I took the time to see a few estate agents before deciding who to go with.

   Pleasantly surprised at how straightforward my stay was in rented accommodation. I mostly dealt with Sharon in the Clydebank office, however I found all the staff to be helpful and professional any time I called the office. Any issues raised were dealt with promptly. Ending my tenancy was hassle free with a quick refund of my deposit. All in all an easy experience for my first time renting. Would have no hesitation in recommending Caledonia Bureau to anyone looking to rent a property.
