   Visited the Beasley cross store today, cashier could not be more rude if she tried, no acknowledgement once it was my turn to be served, a simple smile or hello would have been nice, she was throwing the items on the counter once scanned instead of placing them there, also speaking poorly of children infront of two other colleagues and her resentment towards kids being off school, especially infront of my 7 year old was rather insensitive. I had to politely ask twice for my receipt as this middle aged woman/staff was too busy gabbing away to another cashier!!! Very poor customer service and lack of manners. Definitely not welcoming, awful experience and horrible staff, B&M get a grip please, your store is a bad mess, dirty, unorganised and cannot treat members of public like scruffs!

   Been here a couple of times now and the women on the tills are very rude always talking to each other don’t even bother looking at you I’m in my 30s and I got asked for ID for a pair of scissors of a girl who looked about 20 she was just being funny for no reason won’t be going back here

   Rude staff arrogant staff with zero customer service skills. I stood in the queue for 10 minutes as we reached the till was told she was now closing and we would have to queue up at the back of another till. The week prior, was asked if I wanted my receipt I replied yes please, the lady then continued to completely ignore me and started a conversation with the next customer, when I asked for my receipt I was told to “hold on” as she was talking!!

   Prices have shot up and no cheaper than other shops, eg: fray bentos pie £3 same price as tesco and asda, and its still £1:80 in home bargains that's over £1:20 cheaper.

   It has everything you need and a basket full more that you don't. Always clean and tidy although the entrance feels quite cramped.

   A great place, it's bright and well stocked with just about everything you may want. A young male shop assistant was very helpful, and the lady on the till really friendly. The location is good for parking, but be aware that parking is restricted to a few hours, check the signs to avoid a fine.

   What can you say, other than good products at great prices. Plenty of options for renovating the home interior and lots of toys for any kids occasions coming up. Large car park on the retail park, with accessible aisles for wheelchair users.

   Quick visit today and ended up going down every Isle looking at the gorgeous items they stock from bedding to ornaments to smellys..Isles already fulbright Christmas gifts and homewear always come out with more than I wanted ..pleasant staff today too
