I am an elderly lady and also deaf. These modern phones are hard to deal with. My grandchildren could not help me, but the young gentlemen in this shop were very kind and patient. They showed me everything slowly and helped me choose a simple phone within my budget, set everything up and showed me how to use it. I felt cared for and very grateful for their help.

These excellent gentlemen fitted a new home button and glass on my iPad Air within an hour. This after I had been elsewhere in central Bath and been quoted £180 plus they needed it "..for a week as it is a very difficult piece of work". Even as I walked towards the door the price only dropped £50! The Fone World guys did it perfectly and without any fuss about how tricky it was, for well under £100. Its like having a new piece of kit...Well done and thank you so much.
They were very nice and very helpful, when I smashed my screen and the display stopped working they offered a temp phone so I could still do my day to day i.e. call, message and answer emails. It was fixed when promised only took 4 days from Saturday to Tuesday which is less than half the time the large change stores offered. I could not recommend them enough.
