Visited this store today, like I do most days, but today I was accused of shoplifting….. Dirty look from one of the staff and followed out to my car. I went back into the store with my bag of groceries to challenge the staff and I demanded them to bring up the CCTV, which they replied is fine… I was humiliated by the staff in front of other customers. No apology. Phoned the shop when I got home and spoken to the manager, who hadn’t reviewed the CCTV, I demanded he should do and call me back. He did phone me back, and said that they had got it wrong. No apology, disgusting behaviour!
