   Very poor customer service. My daughter had popped in as I needed a couple of things. I wasn’t feeling well!! I gave my daughter my card to pay but the machine but it wouldn’t accept it and she didn’t have my pin. Staff on till was rude and embarrassed her in front of everyone. A while later I went in anyway!! The same woman was on the till being rude to another customer. Horrible staff!!! Won’t be going there again

   I loved shopping here. Very polite and friendly service. Great bargains and some unique products you don't see anywhere else. It's a much bigger shop than I thought and I was really surprised how good the gardening and children's sections were. They also sell, homewares, cleaning supplies, tech, appliances, arts and craft supplies, health and beauty stuff, stationary, luggage and much more. Great store, I'll definitely be back! Also it was wheelchair accessible and pram friendly.

   Very poor customer service. Young woman on the till didn't acknowledge me. No hello or thank you. I told a customer to stand back as she was standing too close to me and the staff member on the till rolled her eyes at them. My friend questioned why she did that and she told him that I was rude. I certainly wasn't rude. Customer service is non existent in here. Complaint is going to head office.

   To me, it's a one of a kind store. Tins and cans of foods, anything and everything for the house. What I buy is seasonal and the other chocolate, Easter and Christmas the brands we all know and love are cheaper than in other stores. So yes as a chocoholic, first I stuff my shopping cart, then my face. Also my dog loves 1 toy that I can't get anywhere else. So when I come to England, I buy a new one all the time so we have a reserve. She is like my wife, happier to see what I have bought for her than to see me. She has about 80 toys, the dog not the wife, but she picks her time machine out every time. Friendly staff, willing to help with a smile.

   You can always get a bargain in B+M. They sell almost everything ranging from foods, sauces to toiletries to wallpaper, paint, tables + chairs. You name it, they have it. I love having a good mutch around in this shop. It's not a shop you can rush. Take your time + enjoy your shop.
