   No communication staff no nothing of there on store I asked someone behind desjqbout something in sore was told "I don't other shop floor " in sharp tone then ask another staff member who also can't answer the question both staff members I had asked had been there over 4 years an couldn't answer a simple question about there own store

   The new refurbished premises is lovely, however I am struggling to hear myself think when I visit now due to the music being so loud!! I struggle to remember what I have come in for. It is very stressful and not a nice experience. I would rather travel further to avoid the noise. To me it sounds like a nightclub, not a general store

   Member of staff recently refused to sell my 65 year old mother 3 bottles of beer. She was told this was because she was buying them for her 15 year old grandson who was with her. I know there are guidelines, but seriously?
