   Absolute joke!!!! Royal Mail & amazon say they take parcels on till late on a weekend. Arrive 2pm Sunday & told they don't take parcels back from noon Saturday. Some people only get Sundays off to do things. Will never use it again & really gone down hill since the new owners took over!!! What's the point of amazon & Royal Mail saying they will when they clearly don't!!!

   They overcharged me and then insisted there was nothing they could do about it. I showed them the price of the items displayed on their shelves but they wouldn't relent. In the end I demanded a refund on all my shopping, not just the overpriced item. To say they weren't happy about it would be an understatement. This used to be a great store but has changed ownership. Sadly the standards left along with the previous owners.

   Since the new owners took over they bow have fresh homemade samosas in the fridge by the door. Lamb or chicken for £1 and they are amazing very nice. Reminds me of my corner shop in liverpool multans which I used to go in every day for homemade samosas. They also sell pretty much anything else you want really. Staff are always pleasant

   Got abuse from the male owner as soon as i walked in. I was not wearing a face mask as I am medically exempt. I walked into the shop and got abuse from the outset. I explained I was exempt. His response was everyone says that, then received angry abuse, at this point I walked out of the store without buying anything I was also with my 3 year old grandson. This was embarrassing and degrading. He does not know people's medical conditions and whether they are exempt or not. I have been a regular shopper in this store for years. But I will never shop in this store again. I would advise anyone with medical needs to avoid also. It is not our fault that we do not have proof of our exemption. They obviously dont value the customers that enter their store. As a previously shielding person the thought of going into stores is nerve racking anyway without being treated like a criminal.

   Shop here every single day for different items we spend on average £15 - £70. £70 when we do the lottery. The owner needs to learn to speak to young children better and not make there mum embarrassed in front of a full shop all he done was ask for a bag I even offered to buy one I as understand the law has changed and you now have to pay for the privilege. I ended up carrying most of my shopping as the bag was tiny he provided. I ended up going into another shop and asked them if I could buy a bag, but that nice shop MARIOS gave me one for free. Thank you MARIOS for showing that there are nice people still about. I will not be returning to the premier shop it’s just a shame they are using such a great name to trade under. The owner should be ashamed of himself speaking to a six year old the way he did.

   This is your Local shop with everything you need at low cost! Excellent for cheap easy shopping... Open 7 Days a week from 6am-10pm and the Post Office included!
