   Sue who works the morning shift has got absolutely 0 customer service skills – quite possibly the rudest woman I’ve ever come across. She’s got no manners, speaks to you like you’ve just robbed her last rolo, and this morning she left me standing at the till for 10 minutes while no other customers was in the shop she was busy putting items away, then saying “go that till” – no please, no thank you. Every-time I come in the morning I am met with the most miserable attitude face ever, like it’s the biggest inconvenience in the world she has to serve me, She always looks furious. I know it’s early, but come on Sue, cheer up love – you work in Morrisons, not a prison.

   Morrisons daily Manor drive Upton, I use this store on a daily basis where I find the staff very friendly and helpful and if I can name a few of them like the Manager Karen, Josh and Anne to name but a few, they are a credit to the store and thank them all very much for their help and service. I recently been in hospital with multiple infections and also have a back injury and have always found the shop so convenient and cater for most of what I need. I know what it is like to work in a shop having worked in a number of them in the past and it can be very difficult at times. Keep up the good work girls and guys, best wishes. Gerard

   What a transformation! I haven't shopped in here since last summer. The shop is clean, tidy, well stocked and friendly! The assistant was courteous, friendly and was lovely. I will definately be shopping here again. Thank you for such a warm welcome.

   Used to be a co-op and since the take over has increased its prices. Still a very handy local store but certainly noticed increase in process and reduction in value for money. Best described as a local convenience store but you pay for the convenience. Staff always friendly though often not enough of them around. Handy, but you pay for it.
