Very nice bbq in central Edinburgh, big portion! We had the sharing platter and it came with a big variation, our favourites include the ribs, the meat just fell of the bone, the smoked sausages, which are super juicy and the chicken wings! This place got a nice vibe to it, they have a bit drinks menu work lots of ice cream floats too! I would recommend if you are looking for nice American bbq.

Food was absolutely incredible. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Drinks were really good and reasonably priced aswell. The misses had steak and chimmy churri taco and absolutely loved them. I had the death by bacon burger and it was insanely good definitely recommend. 2 drinks 2 mains and 2 sides Β£55 which wasn't bad I don't think for tourist area city prices

Easy to find and easy to get to. Less than a 5 minute walk from Waverly train station. The food was excellent quality and well priced based on the quality, quantity and obviously location. 2nd time visiting and would 100% visit again.

We were hunting for a place to have dinner before a late night train journey and had a good meal here. The staff seated us quickly even though the place was full and we received our food in a reasonable amount of time. The portions were generous but I felt the meat especially was SLIGHTLY overdone, which was unfortunate, but overall a good experience and no regrets otherwise.

One of the best meals I've had in Edinburgh!! if you like BBQ you need to visit. The beef melts in your mouth and the pork is unbelievably tender. The Mac n cheese is incredibly cheesy. Sauces are sweet and tangy, and a fun selection of beer to compliment. Staff are very friendly.

Popped to Edinburgh with a couple friends to grab lunch with their dogs. They were really friendly and the food was great. I got their home made iced tea and that was lovely as well.

We werenβt here for my birthday and it was very good. The restaurant itself is quite hidden and it has a great atmosphere inside. It also has quite a unique atmosphere. The service was pretty on point and staff were friendly. The menu is lengthy and so it was quite a struggle to decide on what to get. Thankfully, the waitress was quite helpful and in the end we opted for the sharing bbq platter (canβt remember the exact name). We were slightly worried that we wouldnβt be able to manage it all but it is certainly manageable for 2 hungry adults. We also got a couple of milkshakes, Cajun fries and tater tots. Firstly, the sharing platter was overall really nice. In particular, the pulled pork and ribs were delicious. The meet feel off the bone effortlessly and was very succulent. The chicken wings and beef brisket were also tasty. The sausages on the hand were very disappointing. Very dry and not very flavourful. This was surprising as all the other meat was nice. The chips were were basic and not my favourite. The cajun seasoning made them better. The tater tots pretty nice. Our milkshakes were pretty good but nothing special. We also liked that we got a selection of sauces at the table. We felt our meal was reasonably priced for what we got. Overall we enjoyed our visit and left feeling satisfied.

Decent food, and served very quickly. Good menu variety. Prices probably a little steep for some of the menu but others were very well priced. Had the chilli beef nachos which was nice but needed to be a bit fresher. Girlfriend had southern fried chicken burger which was amazing! Cajun fries were brilliant!
