   Hi ,just recently 08 12 25 at approx 7.45pm I visited the store.Leaving without a purchase I went to another nearby store. Realising my wallet was nor to be found,I therefore re traced my movements back to Tesco.Stopping at customer service desk @ approx 8pm asking a female person if a wallet had been found,response was no! Have a look in the store trace your steps.Ok from this point this tesco rep did not display any professionalism. I returned to desk at a point of very concerned at a wallet loss.I asked if she would take my name and contact number, at this point she begun to write my name incorrectly, when questioned about this she became very standoffish mentaining I had given the incorrect name twice !! I think i know my own name !! The final words from this Tesco employee was don't argue with me.This was an extremely poor display of staff employed by Tesco. I will definitely vote with my feet and not visit this store in a hurry again.

   The shop itself is fine,although it isnt the biggest. The parking really let's it down, the spaces are to small and the layout is poor.

   Don’t use the bakery. 3 times I’ve been for meant to be fresh first thing in the morning, no, every time stale croissants. Surley man baking. Got home, to eat my croissants with a brew, date was today’s date, which I didn’t notice. And no discount. Will I be shopping here again, after just spending 85 quid?. NO I Won’t. Aldi it is then!.

   Nice pleasent staff. Disabled parking difficulties, people keep parking without displaying badge. They should monitor parking better.

   Check all sell by dates, this store seems to specialise is selling produce with really short dates. Make sure you check your receipt, club card discount may be showed on the item in store, but when you pay its been removed and no longer counts, " Because the item was taken out of discount this morning and not removed from shelves." Car parking is a nightmare, and a free for all. Its open season on disabled places and mother and toddler. However on the plus side, the staff are great and clearly struggling with bad management and lack of support. Always helpful, always cheerful, they, the shop floor staff are the only reason Tesco gets any stars.

   Visited on a Sunday afternoon and found the store to be compact but with a good range of everything similar to the Abergele store. Staff friendly and a good number of free parking spaces.

   Sadly not a good shopping experience. Staff unhelpful and almost rude customer service desk staff member. Sorted problem, but could have done better. It doesn’t cost anything to be friendly and good mannered. Overly defensive.

   Increasingly less stock week on week, notably fewer product lines than same sized stores around the UK. Fresh Fish counter now closed - May 2022 - with poor substitution of packed fish options. Badly and incorrectly labelled aisle signage. Over promotion of unhealthy produce on key aisle ends. Reduced “end of life” products not discounted enough to shift (maybe 10-20%) in some cases, leading to examples of increased waste. Some staff very friendly, good proportion very grumpy - still wearing face masks and not making the effort to say hello or offer any courtesy’s whatsoever. Finally decided to not use again until visible improvement.
