The staff on Saturdays are a delight. We always find them friendly, helpful and kind and they do a superb job, making it our favourite Caffè Nero. Definitely the best Nero staff we have found all over the country!

I was waiting outside at 7am and knocked on the door as it was time the store opened and the guy inside said 5 mins and left me waiting in the cold - on Xmas eve! I said when another guy opened the door that he had left me waiting and he said we weren’t ready, and that ‘you might be cold but we are working’. He was so rude! I felt the need to complain. The other guy was lovely.

Had a white chocolate mocha in this Nero, there's four Neros close together right in the centre of Bristol can walk to them all in 10 minutes, old ruins of a church across the road via a rainbow crossing outside,

My first visit in Town for a long time. The two Staff members were very friendly . Quickly cleaning up my spilt Coffee and preparing another. So nice to have a friendly team in a Shop to greet you. Service was fast and efficient but not abrupt.

Excellent coffee shop with a very nice and comfortable interior. The atmosphere is good and the service is high quality. Taste of the coffee is one of the best amongst these type of franchises. There are some fresh sandwiches, snack and other food that are good options for a quick and light bite. Some plugs are also available for charging phones, etc. Furthermore, toilet and baby chairs for people with small kids. Finally, just outside the shop there are some bike racks where you can lock your bicycle if cycling. Friendly & professional staff. Convenient location (in a relatively busy area). I can definitely recommend this coffee shop.

Met my partner here, first time ever, fell in love instantly. Unrelated to the service or coffee, granted, but as a result, and the lovely service, LGBTQIA+ friendly staff, vegan options, etc, this one, particular, Caffe Nero is always going to have a magical place in my heart.

Convenient pre-order app and student discount. But I can’t find anything special about the iced flat white

Good service, A little cramped at service counter but plenty of seating with a couple of outdoor tables too. Staff relitivly friendly if on the little fed up looking. Prices have gone up as with most places making it quite expensive for the portions. Quite clean and tidy. Selection of snacks and cakes available. Eat in or takeaway. No parking, disabled access, customer toilets.
