Today i visited with several vulnerable adults who i care for, for their christmas lunch. I apologise for not knowing his name but the gentleman with the bandana who served us today was brilliant he was very attentive and happy to help. There was 2 big tables of us and we were served quickly and efficiently with nothing being too much trouble for him. I dont do reviews but i believe this man deserves some praise for his hard work. Thankyou. You made their meal a lovely memory and experience.

Stopped by after an appointment nearby and thought I’d have a quick drink, Drew was on his own and clearly rushed however it didn’t stop him from taking time to chat and make sure we were ok. Really friendly and multiple sports games on so they clearly juggle to football well as people were watching both games. Only had a quick one but can say it was easy and friendly to pop in

It is not my vibe with the game machines and sticky tables. I didn't like the pool table either. The cues so light and short, and some of the bent. I believe it is great fun for drinkers and large groups, and people who enjoy large screens around with sport. Despite my personal preferences I give 5 star as this place is good for others. The service was very kind and the bar man is very polite and nice.

Good environment, good drinks. Not very expensive. But our experience was ruined by a staff member. I visited this place because of a very good review by one of my friend. She made us feel that maybe i wasn’t welcome. Took our order in a very passive aggressive and dismissive way. For no reason, assuming because we looked different than everyone around. Maybe she was having a bad day. Although ruined our night.

Food 2/5 Iceland food. The peas and rice were defrosted and microwaved. The chicken had equal amounts of chicken and batter. Not enough gravy. Tasted bland. Service 5/5 Got a pint. Pint was good. Atmosphere 2/5 The carpets were sticky, the table had sticky residue from a drying up liquid and the sofas look like they've never been washed. Actually the only liquid the sofas had seen isn't washing liquid, it's beer and cider. Cutlery and serviettes were left in a mini bucket on the table for all of the dust and what not to get on it. Not hygienic... Weatherspoons have higher cleanliness standards.

Proper gone down hill in here. Shame cos it used to be banging, £4.25 for a flat pint of haze cos they don't have any glasses. Could go on but why bother if you don't see the problems when you run the place you probably won't understand.

Well priced food reasonable portions. The double cheese and bacon burger was very tasty. You can also enjoy sports live on the big screens.

A great local-friendly pub with a signature aesthetic on Fishponds Road. The Old Post Office is a really nice place to go for food and drink. I came here for lunch and it was quiet, had plenty of entertainment like TBs playing sport, a pool table, and even darts. The food and drink was all really nice and well cooked. The price was also great and is a much better option when compared to Wetherspoons. The staff here were very friendly and helpful and kept the place looking tidy and organised. I recommend this place for a quiet bite to eat and perhaps to grab a pint among friends. I will definitely be coming here again.

We came here last night. Food was nice, but the girl who served us was really unfriendly and sullen. She set food down in front of us and didn't tell us what the dish was? Overall, she actually made the experience really uncomfortable and we did not enjoy ourselves.
