Great community pub. Landlord is a lovely bloke, family man, as are all the bartenders. Beautiful building, great '60s and '70s vinyl music, friendly people, great local ales/beers, wines and spirits also available. Prices in line with the rest of Bristol. Something for everyone here, truly. I consider myself a sort of pub connoisseur and this is one of the best pubs in Bristol. I am so lucky to live close by. As far as I'm aware, this pub no longer serves food except for general pub snacks. Think it also has a few cheeses(?). Either way, they're quite happy for you to order in.

The owner displays beautiful pieces of decor, books, lamps, and more. Beers are amazing, the guys behind the bar are super friendly, and the regulars are wonderful people. A special shout-out to Mario, Rob, and Nick!

Great, quirky local pub. Eclectic decor, often a DJ in amongst the crowd. Can be quite noisy so not always the best place for a ‘quiet’ chat. Good live music from time to time too.

We absolutely love this pub, our favourite in Bristol. There’s such a unique atmosphere with lovely friendly staff and well priced drinks. Also super fun to play darts!!!

Small, cosy pub with lots of character and good selection of real ale, craft beers and cider. Good background music.

I highly recommend visiting this place, I have never been disappointed. Always with changing local craft beers, good music and amazing vibes and they're roast dinners are to die for, I highly recommend getting one if your near by! (Trust me they have the best roast this side of Bristol) When I leave reviews they're normally because I'm upset at a service however after visiting this amazing space over the last few years I can honestly say if you haven't visited before, your missing out! Great Pub, Great Staff, Great owners, Affordable prices and a all round great space to visit when in Kingsdown and stokes croft.

What a gorgeous pub! We were visiting Bristol for 2 days and went here for a pub quiz. Brilliant evening and the barman was friendly and welcoming. Loved the decor and the whole atmosphere.
