   Fantastic Customer Service! I ordered a burger but noticed the burgers don’t come with tomato (which I love!) so I asked the lady behind the bar if she could add some too my order and she did! Food was cheap £9-£12 ish, and was good, standard affordable pub grub! Did the job, very yummy. Football and rugby was being shown on the tv, so there was an atmosphere of enthusiastic fans.

   Order a medium steak. It looked over so I cut it in half to check and it was over cooked so I sent it back only to receive the same cut in half steak back but cooked well done....so the chef had just cooked it more instead of doing me another medium steak....long wait time for food and drinks even though it didn't seem that busy. Waited about 30 minutes for kids ice cream

   Booked a table for 1 while I stayed at bristol Filton travelodge. No table or someone had taken it, queued to ask for table food took awhile staff I did see or talk to were young but ok. Food arrived cremated bacon 1 burger was decent chargrilled other one was burnt they hid burnt bit on bottom, not good it wasn't that busy for food when I visited so no excuse. I couldn't be asked to complain ate as much as I could. Like most greene king pubs prices ok for decent portion. I had a cider it was good. It's a big pub with tables outside and parking including charging. Seems like a locals pub, dogs allowed inside too. I wish id eaten at my travelodge as they have bar restaurant.

   Came to the Air Balloon Pub for father's day. We were greated almost immediately from entering the pub by a nice lady who showed us to our table. We scanned the barcode provided at the table to order our food through the app/website which was very straightforward and easy to navigate through. Unfortunately we were told that there was a delay of up to 45 minutes for our food to come out, but this was understandable as it was father's day and there was already quite a few tables who had ordered prior to our arrival. Food was alright, we had the mixed grill and a burger. Both were nice and pretty much standard pub food that you find all over the country. The waitress who served us had offered a complementary drink or desert due to the wait time, we chose the chocolate fudge which was very nice. Overall positive experience, super friendly and accommodating staff, nice atmosphere,(especially the outdoor seating).

   The worse meal I've ever had out. Took over an hour for food to arrive with no notice of delayed service at all. Once the food came most of it was cold and the Garlic bread was burnt. I had ordered a large kids meal with 3 sausages for my son, but the meal arrived with one sausage, when I questioned this the waitress had the cheek to come back and say we have put another 2 sausages on for you however we only charged you for one, which I know was a complete lie as I ordered on the app so the order was not a mistake at the bar when ordered.

   Lovely pub and food is excellent for the price. I had a steak fondue sharer meal too myself. Was lovely. Could done with more sauce and thebsteak was fine but not of beat quality. That's 2 reasons I didn't give 5 stars. But over all brilliant. Good selection of drinks and not a bad price. My partners meal was lovely. And my child meal also was good.

   I didn't expect fine dining, so service was basic but adequate for the target market. We were pleasantly surprised by the food. It was well cooked and a decent sized, so we would say value for money. My main concern is that the bathrooms were as bad as I have seen in recent years...

   Great place with great prices and deals. The food was brilliant and very helpful staff. The pub has a section where you can sit with dogs which is good.
