I went to pick up at my booked time at 8am but they left me standing and waiting till 9.10 am meanwhile who came 9am 1hr after me got their cars 20min after waiting. This is happening a lot at Bristol copart and been told by one of the drivers their to give money to the copart truck driver he will get the car faster

My insurance company sold my cat S written off car to copart Bristol. my personalised number plate was still on it. I had put the number plate on retention once I knew it was written off. Copart then sold it 2 months later with my numberplate still on, not itβs new issued age related plate.. Iβve then had speeding fines from the other side of the country. Complaints process is useless. Told I should of asked for them back! Thatβs their policy! According to police theyβve sold that car with illegal plates on it. Iβm In contact with trading standards too.

Purchased a car and exhaust was fully missing. They did not mention any damage to under the vehicle and no photos were taken of this, very misleading. Also they charged for 3 days storage even though they was closed for 2 of them days and the 3rd day they opened at 8 am and I was there to collect the vehicle before they even opened. How can you be charged when they're not even open for me to collect. Poor customer service and no compassion at all. Be careful as descriptions and photos are not accurate and miss information out on purpose to sell it for more. They win and customers loose.

Worst company ever! Avoid at all cost. Usually you see 1 or 2 bad things at a company but with Copart I donβt know where to begin from the horrible customer services or the time wasting if you book your car thereβs a minimum 1 hour wait for absolutely no reason itβs like a rule to wait an hour. And thatβs just the tip of the iceberg! A lot of the cars that are described as βRuns and drivesβ does not run neither does it drive. And if you look through there terms and conditions itβs a clear fraud. Iβm very shocked this company is still allowed to operate. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible response. I bought the vehicle they didn't send the logbook for more than week. Then they say the vehicle will be delivered next day and made me apply and pay fee for a new logbook and I had to do road tax and insurance urgently. Then they say it will not be delivered for another 3 days. They didn't let me know or call me. I took a day off work for the car to be dropped. Wasted my day. Poor service. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend them.

Waited more than an hour for my car even when i have already booked my time slot And its not just me other people too. And ots all because the workers was not bringing the vehicle in a queue. People who was coming after us was keep cutting the queue but no one bothered that we are waiting for long time.

My friend was collecting car for me That was busy period after Christmas. I won the auction Friday than couldn't log in because of password which you have to change so often with no reason. After log in there was slot available on 4th day. After going through security,office, nobody mentioned that there is storage fee to pay on top. I've found out that on the app while sitting on the yard. Went back to the office told them a story and been told that was a system fault and fee have to be paid for. Is it my system or was it yours faulty? They don't care all the way,rip off company. They bump up the bids to get better price for cars. Avoid if you can

Damaged our vehicle. Didnt tell me for more than a week. Would not bring back vehicle when I asked them too. Only then they told me why. They pulled off our cars bumper etc and was trying to hide it. Car returned in a state. Also spun the vehicle in mud with an open door. What a mess! This all happened over our Christmas holiday. Ruined our holiday with train and ambulance strikes ongoing. Still have not reimbursed us. The worst experience ever.
