   Went to Hamilton and Inches twice in the past month, and both occasions were very pleasant. Craig was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any queries I had on watch repairs and custom jewellery. At my most recent visit, my partner and I went to look at quaichs, rings and kilt pins and had very good service from Jonathan. Communication has been excellent.    I contacted the shop via email to arrange to have my watch serviced and 5 days later I still did not have a response. Followed it up with a further email to express my disappointment and I will be going elsewhere. I will contact the watch manufacturer to inform them of the poor customer service and point me in the direction of another authorised service centre. After reading other 1 star reviews I now understand where other customers are coming from.

   Unfortunately a super disappointing experience. Informed of the long waiting lists before a greeting, and routinely thereafter. During the conversation with the salesperson, there was noticeable judgement, while I listened to uninformed guesswork as sales-patter. Given the associations with Rolex dealers, I wasn’t expecting a ‘one and done’ out-the-door experience, but left convinced that I’d not be making a purchase or interacting with the store in any capacity (as it seems was their opinion also). Do better. And in anticipation of any attempt for further feedback… I shall not engage, as y’all didn’t with me. *the second star is given for the door security, who seemed genuinely pleasant.

What made this moment even more special was that I secured my very first Rolex – my holy grail timepiece – right here at Hamilton & Inches.    I have been dealing with this AD for 6-7 months now. I have been dealing with Ninian which has been great for myself, and has always provided a excellent service. I was waiting not very long for my YachtMaster (Blue Dial) Ninian was very helpful and spent a lot of time with myself. Ninian always has given me a lot of time as well just to come in the shop and discuss watches, which is great. I love watches so it is great just discuss the watch market and I have always been welcomed just to discuss watches as well. I am currently waiting with Ninian to get my second Rolex from this AD highly recommend this AD and especially Ninian also. Top service guys well done.
