I was a regular customer, but I will not be returning. I visited this morning for a roll and sausage. However, the roll I received was soggy and stale, indicating it had been sitting out since the previous day. Given the prices they charge, I would expect fresh rolls, not the left overs from yesterday. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
First impression never been before - I popped into Rigo's as the weather was poor. I asked for a Chicken Mayo panini a drink and a pastry which cost £7.30, when I returned to my office I discovered that the panini was HOT!!!!!! who heats up MAYO!!!!! plus I would have expected a little bit of side salad for that price. To top it all off they put mozzarella cheese on it which I never asked for, thankfully I don't have any allergies. In the bin it went and wont be returning.
Food is absolutely delicious, and gluten-free options are also available. The service is fast, great choice of menu and the staff is very helpful. Highly recommend.
I got a really good roll & bacon from here and it was only £2.00. I would recommend this place.
Love the tuna baguette wa lettuce n sald cream so tasty and rolls n sausage etc lovely best dunbarton staff friendly too cheap prices aswell
Expensive platter which consisted of 8 slices of bread. 2 different sized trays. Mini tortilla wraps and about 4 croissants. No salad. Minimum fillings. Used to go in alot but the last few months they have gone completely downhill with staff that seem to not care anymore. Sad to see and they've lost out on 1200 quids worth of follow up business because of their don't care attitude.
Rigos is a lovely little wholesome cafe in Dumbarton. For being in a small town with a small taste, rigos excels in delivering a wide range of exotic and stimulating tastes which take the taste buds on holiday. I recommend the salt and pepper chips, you will be transformed. I know I was and I don't even like chips...
Fantastic customer service and Generous portions which are always served in fantastic time :) would recommend to anyone in the dumbarton area
Food a prices are good but there is nowhere to sit and there's no toilet so for what I assumed; a cafe to sit down and have food, it only delivered half of the expectation and couldn't provide a toilet either. However, for food to go, it's ideal as mentioned - food and drink are good, has a lot of options and the prices are very good!
