Went with my daughter to buy the pram for our first grandchild. She specifically wanted the Venicci pram. The ladies in the shop were great at explaining everything about the pram and their customer service from purchase to delivery and after sales was outstanding. Visited the store during our holiday just to see the pushchair we were after and turns out we just ordered it right away because the saff were really helpful and really nice. They did everything they could to give us the best deal for our order (even got us a free highchair somehow) and organised the delivery for us. They were really helpful throughout the entire delivery process and we are so thankful for their amazing customer service! Very very highly recommended!
I got my girls pram from here years ago and went back again to get my little boys pram. Absolutely outstanding service and so helpful when browsing. We have quite a small car and once we had picked our pram we were allowed to try it in our boot to make sure it fitted ok. They have a good selection of prams to browse from and you are made to feel welcome. If you have any questions about any of the prams the ladies were more than happy to answer and help in any way they could. I Would definitely recommend the pram centre.
Fantastic staff! We were provided with a lot of useful, impartial information. Super nice atmosphere! Competitive prices. Quick delivery. Very good selection of prams. Can't replace the experience with online browsing.
As first time parents, we had no idea what we were looking for, but we were so happy for the assistance and advice. Tracy was amazing and we will definitely be coming back for more!
Amazing staff help you navigate the selection of prams and cots. The space is limited though so the variety is not that great.
