   Quite a small shop but fully packed in side with all the latest accessories. Went in to have a look, came out with 3 packets of earrings ! Worth the money too as they’ve lasted a while. The assistant in there was very nice and friendly. Left us to have a browse and it wasn’t too busy in the shop either so could move around freely looking at all the shelves.

   Had my daughters 8th birthday party here this evening 21/5/23. The girls in the shop were amazing and so good with the girls, games, nail painting, glitter hairspray and shopping spree. Such good value for money and the girls were overjoyed with their experience. I had no idea they done parties and was not disappointed. Thank you!

   Daughter recently got her ears done here and the staff weren’t the friendliest and paid £47 for the earrings and rapid cleaning solution because they don’t sell the standard. The earring eventually got imbedded in her ear couple month later which was apparently during the healing process the studs are too small for the ears and my daughter had to get one surgically removed because it was so far in her ear apparently can be caused of them putting the earring on to tightly wouldn’t recommend

   DONT BOTHER TO COME HERE, ITS VERY EXPENSIVE MORE THAN THE PRINCESS ST BRANCH AND THE STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. The shop is fine, and the stuff they are selling but its way more expensive compared to the one in Princess St. , and in the website it says walk in available for ear piercing as my daughter have a plan to pierce again, but the staff are rude and doesn't care, its not busy at all and nobody is in the shop but clearly they don't want any sales of such so they don't care if we want the piercing, we are browsing for a couple of minutes but still it is empty there are maybe coming in and out for like 5 minutes and get out after that, but still no customers to pierce so instead of not doing anything and they just stand there, they should've pierce my daughter it should be easy peasy, but nope they aren't interested of some sort. So don't bother to come, its pointless!

   Got my daughters ears pierced here. Nearly 100 pounds for the earring back to break and fall out. Went back and explained. They pierced her ear again. When I had turned my back the girl had pierced her ear twice !!!!!! Which left my daughter really upset. The women said because the back didn't go on properly. And now it's loose again. Absolute rubbish and selling them for way more then they should. I'm really annoyed with the situation. Cheap nasty products for expensive prices. Awful.

   Having been let down yesterday at the Gyle store Edinburgh - I called Fort Kinnaird pre booking to ask if they had the correct earring in store? I was promised they do have and would put aside’ I arrived with my 11yo and was Informed we only have a small crystal earring and the cost for a single ear piercing would be £67’ albeit not the earring we were promised. We left disappointed and bamboozled at the horrific service yet again. I can honestly say we will never enter any of those dishonest amateur businesses again. How on earth is this business still operational. It’s also illegal to peddle products without displaying an accurate detailed price list.
