    Visited the store this week to get our two very noisy dachshund puppies a new harness each and the friendly staff were so helpful, helping us to distract the dogs and spending time to get the right harness for their body shape. Would give 10 stars if I could!

    Not impressed phone up for my daughter about a dog crate/cage and said that young girl goes yeah we have £20 don’t stay near so had to get a taxi it was a cat carrier that also called a pet carrier not a crate bit impressed and went we do have crates but there £53 everything in that pet shop you could get for super cheap it’s way over priced as. My daughter worked in pet shops just don’t think it was good communication and they need to sort there prices.

    Had a hamster for 5/6 months it has ate through 2 trays of cages it has at and ripped the corner of my living room and both me and my sons room it has acually been a terror and yes wee bought toys n tubs everything really at my wits end called country feeds had a very matter of fact (know it all) totally refusing to take it back I have paid well over 100 pounds for cages treats toys they were very unhelpful #saveourhamster/ratster
