Horriffic. £65 for an 86 year old for which Uber charged £25 for the return journey mobility issues also. A bloody disgrace. Never again.

I’m extremely disappointed with this taxi company. I called them earlier today to request a ride from Caterham Police Station to my home, which is only about a 4-minute drive. I was with my puppy baby dog and explained that I really needed a taxi because my dog couldn’t walk outside yet, as she is not vaccinated. The person I spoke to on the phone was quite rude. He said he would check for a driver and asked me to hold. After a few minutes, he told me that a driver would be available soon but that I would need to pay £10. I agreed, as long as the driver would take us home. When the driver arrived, he was rude to me and my puppy. He immediately told me to put my dog on the floor, saying that they don’t allow dogs in the car. He continued to be rude throughout the short ride to my home. At the end of the journey, we had another issue with payment. The driver insisted I pay in cash and didn’t accept card payments, which was inconvenient and frustrating. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect from this company and its drivers. Why offer a taxi service if you’re going to treat customers and their pets this way? Extremely disrespectful behavior.
Excellent service! Prompt and friendly driver . Had an appointment at The Dene, journey back to Warlingham . Arrived within a few minutes of my calling them . Many grateful thanks, to that joyful driver !
