I purchased an engagement ring in 2018, it has been in for repair twice already. It snapped at the back within 4 months of purchase, then again shortly after. The third time, the face with the stones snapped off. Due to the history of the ring, I am under the assumption that I am due a refund due to Consumer Rights Act (2015). The item I have purchased is clearly flawed in more than one aspect. Matt, the Regional Manager has informed Gaby the Store Manager that the only option for me is to choose another ring from their store. I obviously do not want another ring from their store because not only was I sold a sub standard ring of inferior quality, my experience with dealing with them has left me extremely frustrated. They use every excuse to avoid you. MY ADVISE IS, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
Pauline, Helen and their wonderful team at Barclays Diamonds in Livingston offered fabulous service and excellent advice on the purchase of an engagement ring. What was most welcomed was that I saw a ring that I loved, however it was out of my price range. Pauline managed to have a similar, bespoke ring made within my price range without making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. From start to finish my experience was excellent. We went in January to get our wedding rings, and an engagement ring for my fiancé. Amy and Jaime were lovely, they spent loads of time with us, gave great advice, and we never felt pressured to go above our budget. I would highly recommend!
Recently purchased our wedding bands and Jaimie was wonderful throughout. Despite us being in the shop for the best part of two hours, she remained patient and relentlessly enthusiastic about our decision. Her and Amy couldn't have been more obliging, in making several trips to the store room and to other stores to check stock and try to find the perfect ring in the perfect fit for my partner and I. I will be more than happy to go back there for any follow up appointments or future purchases and would heartily recommend to any prospective ring shoppers!
We went to Barclays Diamonds for our wedding rings based on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad we did! The service we got from Jaimie and Amy really was amazing - we weren’t really sure what we wanted but Jaimie spent ages going through options with us to make sure we ended up with rings we were totally happy with. They even suggested rings that we hadn’t considered but ended up being the perfect rings for us. Excellent friendly service and couldn’t recommend highly enough!
I recently purchased my wedding ring with the help of the amazing Jaimie at the Argyll Arcade store. She was so attentive, friendly and made the whole experience so exciting. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful but it was the service was really what sold it to us. Not only did she find me my dream ring, she polished up my engagement ring and made the process so lovely.
