I didn’t get her name but the loveliest girl (had purple in her hair) served me today at the store. She couldn’t have been friendlier and absolutely made my day. Thank you again! :)
The store is fine, they have some pretty items but they’re shady as heck. They wrap your items in tissue paper but they’ll “forget” to wrap all your items so that you pay for things you don’t get. The earrings I did actually get also broke within 3 days. A waste of money, don’t bother. If you want cheap jewellery to last one day, you can get cheaper jewellery.
Do not get your ears pierced here!! Ist attempt on the 2nd ear didn't work, she pressed again with same earring, still didn't work and the pain was sore. She then realised the earring was faulty. Took another earring and attempted again, it worked. Followed aftercare advice and after 4 days had to take one of the earrings out which was the ear that had the faulty earring in originally. Went back to the store for advice and a refund. Customer service was appalling, more or less a shrug of the shoulders and an insincere apology. DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE!
Hello! I hope you’re well :) I was in your store about a week ago & I was looking for some advice on my industrial piercing! Ended up not buying anything as I was advised to wait until it has healed fully as I was tempted to get a bigger sized bar to accommodate for swelling but I liked that they didn’t try to persuade me through money tactics which showed that they care about their customers & are not all about selling things for the sake of it if a customer doesn’t need it - they did say I could get it if I wanted to change the top ball instead just to change things up as I like changing my piercing a lot which showed how attentive to customers needs that they are! Both Kayleigh & Jess were the two who helped me - they both were very easy to talk to I could’ve chatted to them all day & they even kindly gave me a gift which was very sweet and unexpected so thank you very much! I hope their hard work is seen & appreciated as they are both a credit to your company and store!
I was in today with my daughter, she is only 6 and made the big decision to get her ears pierced! I want to say a massive thank you two of your amazing staff who went above and beyond to make her feel so comfortable and calm, I really appreciate them making it so special for her! Placed an order online and days later came back to say some items now out of stock, they obliviously were not at point of sale. Website must not be fit for purpose. First time and last time shopping with you .
Been here to get some ear piercings done - each time the staff have been so helpful, professional and polite. As well as a great range of earrings and jewellery. Girls are also super sweet, and helped what piercing placement would look good - The added after care is also a bonus :)
Used to come here all the time when I lived in glasgow and loved it but considering the last few reviews the staff need retrained massively on customer service. Bought some items and refused the deals because I only needed what I was buying and would have been spending more money if I did. Refused my email because I didn’t need a receipt, kept persistently asking me 3 more times, then tossed a paper receipt at me and didn’t say anything after I left. My friend (who was still in the shop after I left) heard her then making rude remarks about me . I work in Claires, if a customer says no it’s simple to just accept that and move on with your day instead of as acting as if you get paid off the amount of emails you get. It’s people like this that are why retail staff are treated like cr@p.
Im a regular at this store, love the jewellery for the price. However, I visited today and the employees obviously thought I had vacated the store after my purchase as they then continued to talk about me in an unnecessary way. Being in customer service myself, this to me was very unprofessional. I then left the store as I was so uncomfortable. Will not be returning.
