   Went in here to buy a few charms for Christmas presents. The service was frosty, and it seemed like the assistant was annoyed and stand offish. Not sure if she was the manager as she seemed to act as if she was in charge. Decided to leave and walked down to Moriconi in St enochs, where the staff were warm and welcoming and I was happy to give them my business.

   We went to get a second nomination bracelet for our daughter. Craig at the Argento shop in Braehead shopping centre was very friendly and helpful. He really went over and above to make sure we got what we wanted. We highly recommend them.

   I was unsure of the size of Nomination bracelet I needed but the sales assistant was so helpful and really put me at ease. She brought out several trays of charms and allowed me plenty of time to select the ones I wanted. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience

   Stood waiting to be served, just looking but said I was wanting to buy, someone walked in and was served straight away, I said I'm was first and was told other sales assistant was nearly finished, erm I don't think so. Left and spent the £120 I would have spent in st. Enoch square jewellers. How about some customer service Argento. Hope they sale was worth it!!

   Went to buy a 21st Nomination bracelet for our grandaughter. The member of staff was very friendly and helpful. She knew all the right questions to ask so that we could easily make our choices re bracelet and charms. Top class.

   Sadly I had to return my 2 stone nomination charms as the stones were loose in the settings. Part of my 60th Birthday present from my sister. I was told my receipt was 2 days out of date, it's a 14 day return policy! "I am returning them as they are faulty, is there not a 5 year guarantee?" I was then told because I wanted to change silver surround for gold and one opal for a peridot stone it was not like for like!! "The salesgirl's manner was unpleasant. She said she would change them this time! I also had £140 to spend on other charms but I decided not to buy them there and I will never shop in that shop ever again. Feeling very sad Susan Jones
