Absolutely the worst shop in the world. I've lived in bath for nearly a year now and shopped there for all of my vaping needs, I'm autistic and recovering from addiction and go through many operations. I explain this to the guys in the shop so they understand my (unusual behaviors) They've always been understanding and have been very friendly I normally talk to them about day-to-day life and have a nice little chat it's part of my routine. One specific day after an operation I popped into the shop to get my normal equipment the man in the shop approached me after leaving Poundland and asked to look in my bag he then accused me of buying tobacco products for children and banned me from his shop he then talked to me in an aggressive manner I tried to calm him down but being not very well and on strong medications after an operation I had that day I didn't really have the power to try and explain myself that it actually moved the vaping stuff to a different pocket if my backpack I think this attitude is absolutely disgusting and I would never shop there I think it is disgraceful

Best own brand vape liquids for reusable vapes, most inventive flavours (the apple crumble is my fave!) and best consistency of vapour. Great customer service and friendly staff, my partner and I now get these delivered all the way to Cornwall after visiting the shop just once. Definitely superior!

I wanted to step aware from the disposables and get a new kit. The lovely chap in the shop listened to what I wanted. He recommended 2 different kits & talked me through both of them. Great customer service.

Being out of the area and working in bath, I smashed my glass and needed either a replacement or new tank. Gent in the store was very helpful and ended up walking away with a new geekvape Zeus tank, one that I've had my eye on for a while anyway.
Needed a replacement tank as my old one smashed while visiting Bath. The guy behind the counter could not have been more helpful, looked at what I had been using and was able to accurately sudgest a good replacement unit and even set it up for me. Really good shop.
