The owner is close to impossible to get in contact with. We were screwed over from the start. Bought a hydropool without finance and since we are in the middle of having our garden fixed up, we were getting pergolas built into the ground to shade the hydropool. The owner said he would get us pergolas and then refused to answer any calls for weeks, and if he did, all we got was "I'll call you back soon" and nothing. Our garden ended up being delayed because of this. We then called and said we wanted to cancel it all due to the terrible customer service from Mark and we've been waiting on a £20k+ refund since. He won't take calls or awnser emails. He hasn't sent any refunds. We are giving him one more week before we getting lawyers involved to get our money back. DO NOT GO HERE!! *Update, we still haven't received our full refund and have now taken the legal route. I have no idea how Mark is getting away with stealing thousands of people's money.

What a fantastic service tonight from Mark and the team at Hydropool Scotland! Can't recommend highly enough. We had an issue with our Hydropool swim-spa tonight and had to ring for support. Mark was responsive, helpful and managed to talk us through resolving a system-setting issue remotely, which meant our holiday let guests could continue to use the swim-spa without disruption to their holiday. Mark also reassured us they could arrange a service if we needed this. 10/10 for customer service - if you are thinking of using Hydropool, you are in good hands. huge thanks to the team.

Having read some of the reviews I personally feel that they don't reflect the service I have received so far. Bought the hydro pool at the secc show in Glasgow, we paid a large sum of money an agreement was made to deliver the pool which was done to my satisfaction. We are still waiting on a roll over cover but it is arriving next week no issues. We have had the pool 4 months now and it's been an fantastic addition to our family, aftersales has been good, email is better for contact but the odd time I call they have attended and have resolved any issues. Would I buy from them again ? yes and have recommended them to my neighbours things happen lorrys breakdown, customs hold things up. Definitely recommend them if you want a high quality pool. Have had our platinum hydro pool hot tub now for 4 years. Sales, installation went well but it is the after sales care that is totally atrocious. First issue occurred during the major storms we had 2 years ago. The hot tub lid came off and it took 6 months from payment for a new one for one to be supplied. Next was 2 replacement filters, 3 months. The latest has been going on since January. We asked for yet another part and booked a service. We were told the part was out of stock and they would let us know when it was back in stock. The service happened in March and we needed more parts. To date (end of May) I have been calling, leaving messages, asking to speak to the managing director and each time I have been told they would investigate the situation and get back to me by the end of the day. Today for the 4th time I called again and received the same response!!! Still ok contact. In hindsight I would never, ever have paid £15,000 for a hot tub if I knew the after sales was non- existent. So be very, very wary of the charming sales team and do more research than I did about this product and the company associated with it. I await a response from this post. This is my last resort to get this situation sorted and even getting angry on the phone does not get any reaction.

Let me start by saying the product is very good after owning it since June 22. What isn't good is Hydropool Glasgow staff. Booked a wet test in Dundee told the day of the appointment its cancelled due to them moving stock around and the installers left the test one off so it was cold (yes alarm bells were ringing at this point but Alison assured me I would be looked after). We traveled to Glasgow to try it there, again product good, staff average. We go ahead with the install a few weeks later and get told its on its way at back of 9. Then we get a text, they have broken down (a puncture) at Stirling so they have turned back. I'm no mechanic but you don't turn back with a puncture, you fix it and keep going. I phoned 3 times to eventually be told they will be with me by 4pm. They turned up nearer 5pm, they rushed, they struggled to communicate as there English was limited and they left us with the tub to sort out getting it filled etc which we now know is because they want extra money to provide that service but most other companies we spoke to dont. The filters for it never really fitted, kept floating around eventually Alison admitted there was a problem and new filters would be sent out. Then we needed an engineer to fit collars to the filter unit before the new filters would fit. Even with them they arent great and it takes ages to get them to stay in. Then in early February I break the clips on my lid, I call up Andras for 2 new clips. £9 for DPD postage plus the parts. I wait a week nothing, I call up at weekend, I expect a call back Monday, nothing. They tell me they will send again, another week still nothing i call again and say im coming in. Didn't get in on the Friday so went on the Sunday, noclips for me as parts not open on a Sunday. So I expect a call back on the Monday but still nothing. I'm then told they will bring them too me the next day. Granted there was a major incident in Perth and roads were closed so they couldnt get to me. They then try to leave in Dundee but leave the wrong envelope. Today now a month from my issue startingI am going to Dundee to collect my clips. I understand mistakes happen (my clips were twice sent to another customer called Angela) but where Hydropool Scotland cannot be forgiven is use the phone, communicate with customers, don't lie, don't ignore my calls calls. Kirstine in Dundee is lovely but she needs the back up of a good team or her efforts are in vein. I worry if we ever need a waranty job done as a simple job of post out my clips proved to be above their capabilities!

I agree with the lady below . If I could give them no stars I would. Started off well with Gemma and mark coming out for a site visit.,From then on it was downhills. Mark didnt send drawings as promised and no one could contact him. Endless phone calls emails and whatsapp messages from our contractors and ourselves, sent to no avail. Let us down with delivery with a last minute phone call, when we had all the men and forklift ready.Second time haulage company we’re on site and no swim spa to pick up. No one replying to calls from me or my contractors and mark ignoring everyone. It was finally delivered and was anything but professional and they damaged it. Hoping it works okay but not expecting any assistance going forward. This is a summary of what really happened. Very dissapointing. The swim spa is sunk into the ground so the lever for the lid cannot be used. No one mentioned this yet again I’ve called. Allison took control at the end and seems the only professional member of they’re team. Also 3 different companies were involved not quite sure who we were dealing with. We never yet heard about saunas we enquired about so have taken that business elsewhere . Future products we will have to do the same. Awful experience .

If I could give them no stars, I would. I wanted to buy a hot tub and called Hydropool Glasgow and spoke to Mark. He advised that he could do a site visit to advise which hot tub I could have where in the garden. Thought that this was a great starting point. An appointment was made but he never showed up. I eventually called the showroom 30 minutes after the appointment time to be told that he was somewhere else and he would call me back. Surely I should have been called to say this, isn't that basic customer service? 24 hours later and I still have not received a call from them. A hot tub is a big investment and to be treated like this at the starting point is outrageous. I would also like to add that my friend in London also ordered a hot tub from them and it was due to be delivered a few months back (By the branch in Surrey) and they are still waiting! Absolutely ZERO service!

Great hot-tub at a great price with after-sale support that's top notch and reassures me that it was money well spent. The installation was smooth and without issue, the team were happy to play around with the siting of it and delivered an excellent handover on maintenance and use of the tub. Had a minor issue with headrest discolouration after a few months and Hydropool immediately sorted out replacements with no fuss, giving that critical reassurance of support and continuing customer care. Would highly recommend.
