Like to thank the guy who was working in scot mid today with my yodel parcel cause I got messed about with yodel and when it did eventually come he phoned me so I appreciate it
1 way system was implemented and the shop is narrow as it is already, only ever one till running can be waiting as long as 5 minutes when the shop is just about empty.
Great refurbishment but definitely needs more staff
This is our local shop and it has a great selection for the size of it. There’s everything you would need here - snacks, juice, cupboard goods, fresh, freezer, alcohol and hot bakery bits. The staff are nice - you can tell they know the regulars, and are happy to chat away. The layout can be a challenge - they’ve added a lot in for for the size of the shop, which has been made one way(ish) since the onset of Coronavirus. If you’re familiar with the shop and know what you need, it’s not usually an issue. Great for quickly picking up essentials - not the best prices or shopping experience for more than that.

So this place gets 5 stars. It is well stocked with a vast array of convenience and fresh food. It has a costa express machine. Lottery point. Staff will open the doors for wheel chair users but it can be a bit tight inside the store with your chair. If you cant get round the store the staff will get the things for you. This was really helpful. Also at the doors to the place there is a bump thing that was a small challenge to get the wheel chair over but managed it fine.
