I got my first tattoo from Berto just over a year ago and my 2nd this year in January 2025 and I’m in love with them!! Berto was incredibly professional and helped me through the process from start to finish and was so accommodating! He was able to trace some Persian handwriting (a Rumi poem) for me and then hand drew some gypsophila flowers underneath it when I went back for my 2nd! Both tattoos healed beautifully and I can’t stop looking at them, even a year later, I’m still in love with them!! The rest of the studio are amazing as well whenever I’ve went with my friend to get some tattoos done and I highly, highly recommend for anyone looking to get some work done, to get in contact with the studio and see what they can do!! ☺️
Best tattoo experience you could ask for. Booked in with Berto for a calf tattoo and it turned out better than I could have hoped. His tattoo knowledge is something else and I knew he understood what I was going for. Not only incredibly skilled with the needle, but also just a really inspiring person to be around. I get the sense Berto will succeed at anything he puts his mind to. Left a strong impression—grateful to have crossed paths.
Booked in with the amazing Paulina for the first time this week. From arrival to leaving, I was made to feel so comfortable and that also extends to everyone in 147. Both tattoos surpassed any expectations and can safely say I’ve found an artist I’d always return to in future. Amazing artist and such a great space and environment. Gary.
My mother and me got our first tattoo before leaving Glasgow. Rhys is absolutely a wonder tattoo artist and so easy-going. The rest of the staff are as welcoming as him. Really nice experience. If you are thinking about getting a tattoo I highly recommend it!!! If we are in Glasgow again we will get another one here.
Have had all my tattoos from 147 and can’t recommend them enough, everyone is so welcoming and Berto is seriously talented. Always willing to change up designs and work together to create something we’ll both love. Rhys did my most recent ones and the linework is so clean and tidy. Love this place so much and will be back for more :))
Always a pleasure to get work done a 147 Tattoos! Both my tattoos done by Berto have turned out fantastic. The environment is very relaxed and welcoming, and a lot of care is put into making sure you’ll be comfortable and happy with the results. Couldn’t recommend them enough
When i started getting tattoos the man i went to was Berto. Not only is his tattoos sick but its always good vibes in the shop, with good chat and overall great experience. Definitely recommend 147 tattoos, if you want sick tattoos :)
Absolutely 100% recommend, always a top class experience getting tattooed at 147! Been getting tattooed there for a while and i can’t see myself going anywhere else. The staff are absolutely brilliant and always make you feel welcome and relaxed. Every tattoo I’ve got here has been amazing quality and can’t wait to return for more!
