Ordering was straight forward, delivery was quicker than expected, choice of sizes of rings was brilliant and attention to detail beyond expectations. The little gauge and measurement card was a fantastically useful add-on. Thanks to that I now know what size my other jewellery is and what size of nose stud I would prefer. Even the little tear off bags the rings came in are brilliant. After opening I am using the small sealable top section to store my rings safely. My experience was top notch, clearly a company that goes the extra mile and the quality and price of the nose rings I ordered was also fantastic. Definitely recommend and will be back. Out of all the many vendors I've used over the years, TDi definitely offer the best quality and customer service, certainly in the UK at least. On the very odd occasion that there's been an issue, their customer service team have always been super helpful and resolved the issue quickly and to satisfaction. :-)
I accidently ordered the wrong size labret and sent them an email, they responded really quickly and were so helpful. The labrets are gorgeous and go so well with the rest of my set up. I will definitely buy again. (Jewellery from TDi is the conch and tragus stud in my picture)
