   My daughter got her ears pierced last week at the St Enoch Glasgow branch and despite a few things not going to plan in the shop with tech issues, unplanned leave and unusual delivery timings etc. and the appointment trying to be cancelled automatically - Lynne was very kindly able to adapt to the situation and be flexible so my daughter could get them pierced on her birthday (all she wanted this year) as we had travelled quite a distance. Lynne was kind and patient and willing to go the extra mile and it made a 7 year old (and her parents!) very happy. Thank you. Great customer service and multi-tasking!

   I wasn’t in any branch of Claires but I bought press on nails from a section in Asda, i saw them a few times and decided to purchase them, they looked gorgeous so thought i would put them on, BAD MISTAKE!!! Very very poor quality for £12!! They were a beautiful shade of green, some glittery, i ended up taking them off as i had terrible issues trying to stick them on, as soon i as i waa trying to remove them they cracked and split! Im genuinely so angry and very disappointed i WONT ever buy nails again from there

   Bad service, I asked for 3mm for my two daughters and she pierced 2mm for my first daughter because she knows she has only one 3mm white gold, instead of telling me that they have only one. Unsatisfied by what she did.

   Never been treated so rudely by a member of staff! Popped in to the shop to look at buying some earrings - which I regularly do. It was really hectic outside as James Charles was doing a meet and greet that day in the store across from Claire’s. I was the only one in the shop along with my young sister and the staff member at the till. After a few minutes of being in the shop looking at the earrings the staff member approached me and said ‘if I was just in the shop trying to see James Charles, she would have security come and FORCIBLY remove me’ - as soon as she said this she went back to behind the till leaving me lost for words and in disbelief. I want to make clear that I did nothing for her to think this - I wasn’t at the window trying to look across and I didn’t have my phone out trying to take pictures of him. I find it appalling for this staff member to come up and threaten me as well as giving me dirty looks for just looking at earrings. After being treated like I was some sort of criminal doing something wrong I left the store without the earrings I was planning on purchasing. Clearly this staff member needs to be taught how to treat people with respect and not threaten customers for looking around the store. After shopping loads at this store over the years it’s safe to say I will not be back!

   I was in Clair, St Enoch centre, Glasgow this afternoon with my daughter Johanna. I’m pretty sure it was the manager that pierced my daughters ears, I can honestly say he is one of the nicest, people I have dealt with. Fantastic customer service. Thank you for your kindness. ❤️

   Went to claire's in prestwick for ear piercing .absolutely waist of money . Paid for small earrings, ear pierced and solution care. Took out earrings 3wks later and could not get my own earrings in as the hole closed

   It was good but they had a buy 3 get 3 promo on which said it was across the full store. Yet none of they stuff we wanted was included in that promo... Confusing and unfair on a kid

   Called in today, at the Glasgow St eonoch Centre, my daughter wanted her ears pierced for the 1st time. The staff were friendly and efficient. They put my daughter at ease, talked her through the process. They each did an ear at the same time, so the whole thing was over quickly, my daughter loves her earrings. Would definitely recommend.
