I had a wonderful stay at The Lodge at Bristol. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, and extremely comfortable, everything you’d want after a long day. The ambiance throughout the property is fantastic, creating a really relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is served at the absolutely awesome The Black Sheep, which was a real highlight and a great way to start the day. I only stayed for one night on a business trip, but I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer. I would happily return and highly recommend The Lodge at Bristol.

The room was clean and spacious and had everything I would expect to have. In the evening I dined at the Curious Kitchen. The food was excellent and my server was unbelievably good, attentive but not overly so. Breakfast in the Black Sheep had a nice friendly atmosphere and it was just a nice place to be.

Stayed here several times now for work. Good location just off the motorway. Rooms are basic but fine - clean and a decent shower. Service in the little pub next door is brilliant, really friendly staff and a nice simple breakfast with good coffee!

This is a very basic sleeping facility. Food is available at the hotel and Spa, and at a Cafe just beside the Lodge. Ample packing. Only flip side is the checking in at the hotel and spa, I came in with family in the rain and had to run back by foot to check in. Ambience is very lovely as well.

We have never stayed at the lodge but love to visit the Black Sheep for coffee regularly. Lovely staff, food is always fresh, mostly made by the team in the Aztec Hotel and Spa so good quality. It's generally quiet so a nice place for a catch-up plus it's always clean with a lovely mix of products on sale including local sellers. Go on give it a try

Good room. There are no sockets beside the bed for my CPAP machine, so bring an extension. But don't rule it out because of that. We had a good stay.

Whilst we are happy with the hotel, the food is very expensive for the size of the meals, and annoyingly the cleaners kept entering the room before the checkout time. Would have been embarrassing if we were getting dressed.

Awful experience! Felt unsafe and threatened by staff. Called to speak to manager 3 times to no prevail, falsely accused of smoking in the room, feel it was a deliberate ploy to take money from my account unauthorised. The staff in this lodge think they can take matters in to their own hands and behave how they like with the guests. Highly would not recommend staying here. Besides the awful experience the heating in the room did not work and few of the lights also did not work.

Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy. You had to cross over the road to go to the hotel to check in and then go back again to get to where your room was, which I found a bit strange. Also seems like taxi companies don't want to pick you up from there. A taxi into Bristol city centre on a weekend will set you back between £25 to £30 one way.

I stayed in the hotel from Oct 25-28th. My credit card had been charged 382.50 and they provided a bill for 367.50. And I got the receipt for 367.50. When I call them to clarify that no one responsibility responded. So scam and I do Not recommend this place to anyone ever again.
