Awesome stay. Newly refurbished. Staff fantastic, decor wonderful - and breakfast was just as good - great food, great staff - especially the fabulous Kirsty - smiling, hard working, caring, helpful and very professional. Thanks for everything.
Stayed in one of the premier plus rooms which was very nice and better their standard offering. Modern decor, with a fridge, coffee pod, ironing board and iron, hairdryer and very nice purple lighting in the bathroom. Is it worth the extra cost, well probably yes, but only if you managed to get a room at one of their 'deal' rates, and only if you're staying one night. The staff were polite and courteous, and everywhere was clean and tidy, as you would expect from a Premier Inn.
Very clean. Good staff. Even the handyman helped let me into my room when i left the key inside and reception were busy. Seem to work as a team. Unfortunately we arrived for breakfast just before the next batch and it really was too cold to eat. If its cold then replace it dont bullishly wait untill its all gone. Not over impressed with breakfast setup and staff they let the hotel operation down a little. I would go back now i know how to navigate to a hot breakfast. 2 storey building with no lift which may cause a problem and its not too obviouse in the booking app.
We had stayed in a Travelodge the previous night and this place was lightyears better. The room is excellent and the location is well situated in the area. However, what makes it really great are the reception staff. The two women on reception were friendly, good with our boy and gave the impression that they couldn't do enough for us, should we need anything.
I always choose this Premier Inn when working in Bristol. It’s in a fantastic location—close to the Marina and some lovely walking routes. The rooms are currently being refurbished to a high standard and now include USB-C plug sockets, which is a great addition. Every time I’ve stayed here, the staff and manager have been helpful and very accommodating. The pub next door has never disappointed—meals are consistently good, and the staff are always warm and welcoming.
Never really stayed in Premier Inn before until now while on a business trip. Was really impressed with how nice this one was. Room was spotlessly clean, very quiet Nd very comfortable. Great location. Handy having a pub/restaurant next door. Food really nice. I would stay here again. Thank you PS the staff even kindly printed out a document for me.
Good base, bed not as comfortable as usual woken several times by husband moving. A bit noisy too. However, lovely staff, great breakfast.
Standard premier Inn room. Comfy bed although maybe needs updating as quite a few stains/marks about the room. Main gripe is the WiFi. Constantly drops out and so slow nothing loads.
First time here. Lovely comfy bed and a spacious room with a great shower. Nice and clean, good beverage facilities and a decent sized tv that works (if you want to). Good self serve breakfast with good choice. Only 1 negative. Both my husband and I suffer with arthritis in our legs. The bath seems to be higher than normal so we've experienced getting in and out of the shower. Also, although the floor of the bath has raised bumps on 2 occasions both of us have nearly slipped over, if it hadn't been for the towel rail we could have ended up in nasty falls. Apart from that 5 stars
I stay here with work and I can't fault it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in Portishead with its own car park. My room is always super clean and if you do have any issues the staff are more than happy to sort it. Would absolutely recommend.
