   Booked 2 rooms 27/12/2025 not cheap. Checked in room nice view although of car park. Booked breakfast for 7 people at 9 am Breakfast arrived at 9.50am Majority of it cold. Did not say as hungry and needed to head home. Informed when paid. Very curt manageress, said we should have said. But wasn’t really bothered. Heard other guests comment with same complaint. Obviously normal complaint. Xx

   Booked because we wanted a nice weekend away... not a night in a ex Premier Inn. Good have booked one of those for half the price. Location is lovely but not good value for a ex chain hotel with a ex chain bar and food. Staff were distant and uninterested.

   We totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The spacious car park is so useful for family trips. And the rooms are clean and nice and warm. Check-in and check-outs were easy and quick. The rooms include a large vanity mirror which became so handy while getting ready for a wedding party.

   We have just enjoyed a brilliant evening meal for a group of 26. The staff were lovely and very attentive, the chefs must have worked really hard to get all of our meals out together. Most of us had starters, mains and desserts so this was a mamoth task. The location is unique and the atmosphere was beautiful. We'll done again, we will definitely be back again.

   We had Sunday lunch here with the family and it was excellent. The food was lovely, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it’s dog-friendly too — the garden room was perfect for us. Mike was really accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. Would recommend!

   Lovely place to stop before you catch a fligh the next day, especially if it's an early flight. The rooms were spotless, the staff so friendly, and the food in the bar below was just the ticket, was a good way to relax before a busy morning setting of from Bristol Airport. really enhanced or holiday abroad even before we fly off abroad.

   The staff in the restaurant and bar were very helpful. Food was ok. The restaurant and bar area in serious need of refurbishment. As for the premier inn room and reception area this was updated the room was perfect along with disabled parking outside. Would consider going again as a stop off to Bristol airport.

   Breakfast staff excellent, very kind happy and bright... All good............ I wouldn't pre book breakfast again as it is cheaper to book on the spot this is not good, at least make it the same. Very comfortable base,would fully recommend..........

   Early evening meal for four , had buy one get one free vouchers, glad we did as we wouldn't have wanted to pay full price for such poor food. It would have been more edible if it was hot. Will not be returning.

   Didn't stay here overnight, just went in for breakfast. We had booked in as a large party (34) and though they knew that, there were no plates to put your food on, no teabags, no butter and had to wait ages before they took our order. When the food came to the tables they were wrong on virtually everyone's order. For the £10 it costs, its nowhere near good value and rather a pretty dismal event. I'd recommend you choose somewhere else.
