From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm and reassuring. The whole place feels welcoming, and the team are incredibly efficient. It almost doesn’t feel like you’re in a hospital at all — just a clean, peaceful, well‑run environment where everything is handled smoothly. A special thank you to Mr Packer for the excellent support so far. It’s made a real difference to the experience. Keep up the excellent service.

Very clean and professional hospital no waiting times seen immediately on arrival for pre op examination with clear instructions of the arrangements. Arrived for the spinal decompression surgery. My room was clean and bright with own shower room. The surgery went as planned and I'm being discharged just 24 hours after the operation. Symptom pains all gone just tenderness to the wound. Fixed star hospital. PS food is excellent too.

Wonderful care from Clare, Lynn and Dr Wright. I had such a positive experience thanks to the lovely nurses Clare and Lynn, and Dr Wright. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable. They treated me like a human, not just a patient, and their kindness really helped me relax during the whole process. I’m genuinely grateful for their care and professionalism. Highly recommended.

From the start, parking was plentiful, the receptionist was a very friendly and a lovely greeting. I was taken to my room ,my nurse Ilinca was attentive and made me feel at ease. Rabi Khazim explained procedure as I had injection in my neck I felt I was in very good hands also came and checked on me and would have a follow up appointment. All nurses and operating staff were all chatty friendly as i was quite anxious. The hospital is extremely clean and welcoming. I was offered a menu to choose a meal and drinks for after procedure the food was good all the staff were smiling happy and extremely helpful. From start to finish I would highly recommend my experience and the care I received was 10 out of 10 Thank you for looking after me.Great job

I recently underwent my first operation at the Wellesley and I can say with absolute sincerity that the staff are nothing short of life savers — both literally and emotionally. From the moment I was admitted to the day I was discharged, I felt completely supported, cared for, and safe in their hands. The surgical team was world-class — professional, precise, and compassionate. They walked me through every step before the operation, answering my endless questions with patience and clarity. Their skill and confidence put me at ease when I needed it most. Post-operation, the nursing staff were the true heroes. They managed pain, monitored progress, and offered words of encouragement at just the right moments. It’s hard to describe the comfort of knowing someone is checking on you not because they have to, but because they genuinely care. The physiotherapists, porters, cleaning staff, and everyone else involved were equally incredible. This wasn’t just a hospital stay — it was a reminder of the power of kindness and professionalism in healthcare.

So very impressed with my recent experience at this hospital for an endoscopy. The care I received was outstanding. The whole process from the making of my appointment to the procedure day was absolutely faultless. Dr Bray is ever so kind and compassionate and the staff on the Endoscopy Day unit are the kindest medical staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you so very much.

From the moment of my diagnosis to the operation everything moved so quickly. The last few weeks have been a blur. However one thing I do know for sure is how excellent the staff are that work at the Wellesley. I really can't thank them enough. It actually gets me quite emotional when I think how well I was looked after and how lovely every one was. I know this is probably the start of my cancer treatment, but I believe I will be in the best hands. Thank you.

Quite a complex knee surgery, and a daunting procedure but made to feel relaxed and in safe hands from start to finish. The hospital staff are like 5* hotel staff, and the hospital is immaculately clean. My consultant, Mr Sean Symons is world class in the procedure he performed and explained it all in such detail without losing me to the medical jargon. All went as he said it would and I am on the road to recovery. There is a great set up, friendly and efficient staff and top, clean facilities. Cannot find a single thing the company could improve on. An easy 5 stars ⭐️
