   I used to really enjoy the food here. However, last time (and it will be my last time) I ordered the spicy Korean noodles and soon noticed there was a large piece of plastic packaging in my food, (as shown in the photo). This is a huge health and safety concern as well as a choking hazard. Therefore, I urge staff to be more attentive when cooking and preparing food! Someone could get seriously ill because of this. It also shows that sauces/flavourings are not freshly prepared, and just taken from ready made plastic packages and heated. I informed the lady at the till who gave me a refund and a new dish, but these are basic health and safety standards that were not complied with. I will not be returning and would not recommend!

   A bit of n ITSU fanatic here, and if you show up half an hour before closing, everything is half price. Their sushi is my favourite from these types of sushi places. Good portions as well.

   I came here with my friend last week, we love Itsu and have only been to the one in Bicester. We ordered off the displays and it was really quick and user friendly to use, and we had some gyozas, bao buns, and a sushi tray. There wasn't many people in when we arrived but it soon got busier. We really enjoyed the food and the staff were ever so friendly. There wasn't a lot on the menu compared to before the COVID times but there's enough still to choose from. I'll definitely be back again soon for another Itsu fix.
