I ordered 3 Gobhi pranthas today ,I swear Pronthe was bitter & rubbish taste. I advise everyone if you want fresh good taste Pronthe then go to st.Saviours Road shere Punjab branch .
day before yesterday I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered 5 samosas and 1 water bottle. They gave me the water bottle quickly, but for the samosas I had to wait far too long. Even after clearly telling them I didn’t have much time and needed my order quickly, they kept delaying—first saying 2 minutes, then 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes. In the end, they told me to wait 20 minutes. I explained that I couldn’t wait because my car was parked outside, but the staff gave no proper response. Finally, I had to leave without receiving the samosas, even though they had already taken my money. Basically, I paid for food I never got. Other customers were also waiting and getting frustrated. There seems to be no value for customers’ time and no commitment to what they promise. Very poor service. I won’t be visiting again.
Poor quality food. The toilet is so Indian inspired that they have no toilet roll and it's very very grotty and small. There is ripped wall paper in the dining area and the place is so run down and so unhygienic that Ganges water seems clean.
Very tasty food..not soaking oily curries or paranthas..nice nd tasty but bit expensive .
If you don’t mind eating at a place where the host makes you feel utterly disrespected and completely unwelcome then don’t mind eating here. You should be ready to wait for at least 30-45 minutes but dare you take an extra minute to think about deserts, the host sardarji will remind you of that bossy granddad! By the time, food arrived for me after all this horrible experience, I was already full of shame and disgust in front of my guests.
I bought £20 worth of takeaway which was not good in quality. Due to unavailability of other food services I had to eat that takeaway and resulted in vomit in next morning. Also tried to inform them so others would not have to go through this inconvenience but they have not responded well enough to acknowledge problems. I will make sure no one in family and friends to prefer this restaurant.
Tasty and healthy food, with a wonderful service. Favourite place to come for a vegetarian meal.
