Disappointed with the food. Nandos isn't as it used to be. The chicken was rushed out not grilled well at all. Chips were cold (quickly rectified by replacing them with piping hot ones) No pepper available in the entire restaurant!
Really nice in here, was a last minute decision, and on a Sunday so we wasn't sure if was going to get a table for 4. Actually got a table really quick and once we ordered our food it arrived pretty quickly too. We just have an issue about no mayonnaise, my girls love it and couldn't find any. I tried the chicken liver dish, and really enjoyed it. Would definitely get it again.
Went there st 1pm today with my partner. The staff on the floor were friendly which wasn't the same experience I had previously. But today we had lovely service. Food came out within 10 minutes. Restaurant was lovely and clean and very nicely ventilated. Staff were attentive and positive attitude. Makes all the difference. The new decor was inviting and spacious. Glad they got rid of the centred booths. We look forward to our next visit.
Probably the best Nando’s that I’ve been to in Leicester! Had never been here previously but we will be returning. The restaurant itself wasn’t busy at all and was extremely quick, staff were really nice and friendly and the toilets were super clean.
Came to Nando’s for some lunch at around 3:30pm with my family, the food was sooooo tasty. We got the family platter and everything was perfect. We tried the lemon and herb and wild herb flavours and they were both extremely flavoursome. Want to give a massive shout out to Denise and Jasmine, they were so friendly and made the experience even better. Wasn’t too busy at all, the atmosphere was great. Thank you everyone working here, we appreciate you!
Normally a fan of this Nandos but I came here with family on a Wednesday/Thursday night for a birthday meal. The shift manager at the time sat us down to our table but did not tell us that they'd pretty much ran out of quarter and half chickens (Only 3 quarters left in total). We didn't find out until going to the till, by that point we'd sat down and got settled etc. Did not appreciate not being told about the food shortage, would've tried a different Nandos.
First time I've been to a Nandos. Not really a restaurant in my opinion. The staff were non-attentive to say the least! They were mostly school leavers that really couldn't care less of their assigned job. So yes, very bad service, they forgot our order twice, and even got it wrong the 3rd time. Ask them for something they don't come back. The food, okay, nothing special
Food wise it's alright but service is a let down. To start with 40 minutes wait outside for a text when the place looked 1/4 empty? I guess they must been behind prepping the food/orders, possibly collections, I don't know. 55 minutes after placing our order, during which time we was watching people who came ages after us having their food brought over to their tables, we've flagged the Manager and ask why our food is being delayed so much. She came back after few minutes with our orders, was very polite, offered to get us dessert but we said it's fine. All three of us was so hungry we dug in straight into the food, bearly managed to take a couple of photos. Unfortunately one dish came luke warm. The waitress offered to take it back but having spent 40 minutes waiting outside and an hour for food it was pointless to wait even further.
Bit overpriced for what we got. (Food portions was tiny) Staff looks like it's their first day at this work. Waitress told us that he's gonna bring two plates for us but he went to talk with other colleagues while our food was on the table becoming cold.
One my favorite places in UK, this branch is extra special as it offers Halal chicken. I have tried many items and most of them are all tasty. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They hygiene level is also good at this place and the parking is so easy.
