Ordered food, waited over an hour then the site said "website is under maintenance" and no one is a swering the phone. Disappointing, DO NOT order from here.
Well it was a first time order from me 29th November 2025 and will be the last. Ordered a madras and it was so bland. The mint sauce was yellow, not what I expected, and also tastless. Waste of £20 Sorry Masala Bites Corporation Rd Newport. You need new chefs.
Amazing service from Masala Bites! The food was delicious, and the owner was so sweet they even gave us a free extra biryani because of a longer wait. Honestly such a lovely gesture. 10/10 will definitely be ordering again!
Loved it , there were friendly staff and food tasted lovely and fresh and very flavourful The food arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavour. The curries were rich and aromatic, the naan was soft and buttery, and the portions were generous. Absolutely delicious highly recommend!

Just want to share the same review that I have left on their website. First of all I would like to say that the Website is really easy to follow and you can find everything you need, no more no less and it made our online order much easier. The delivery driver was very pleasant and friendly which also made a good experience. And now let's talk about food. I had a hot sweet and sour lamb pathia curry. Ohhh every bite was so delicious, full of flavours, it was hot yet it wasn't unpleasant (as some hot food may be). It was such a delicious experience. It was first time we've tried this place but we'll definitely order again and will definitely recommend it to others.
Great food delivered piping hot and within the hour following ordering, even on an evening following a 6 Nations match day! Tasty and decent portions. The meat dishes had generous proportions of meat to sauces and the vegetable side dishes were fresh and cleanly presented, not running in grease as can the case with lesser quality takeaways. Really enjoyed this food and did not have raging thirst next morning or stomach upset that typically means the food has been overly stuffed with additives, colourings or salt. Would recommend and will use again. Was also great value - fed six adults for just over £30.
Great flavours, really tasty curries. The meals we've ordered have always had chicken breast rather than the tough cube style chicken. Particularly recommend their chicken chilli chat, chicken tikka massala and chicken joypur. Fast delivery, good sized portions, good value.
The only curry place that I have ever repeatedly gone back to. Friendly staff and consistently lovely food. They try to help out if you have someone in the family who is a bit picky by taking things out or adding in. Drivers are friendly and polite. I have been using this place for a number of years. Keep up the good work!
