    There delivery drivers are not insured and go around damaging peoples property and the Chinese shop don't care. Nor the drivers SHOCKING !!!!

    I made an order through just eat which they accepted and confirmed my order would be delivered exactly an hour later and took a card payment... I waited 1 hour and a half as I assumed it was abit late by this time everyone in the house was hungry and patiently waiting I have tried to contact the restaurant a number of times to find out what's going on and the phone was just ringing nobody was picking up. Eventually I got through to somebody at just eat so they refunded me and apologised in total 2 hours we were waiting expecting our food to arrive. I find this customer service disgraceful I don't understand why they would accept the order and take a payment when the clearly refused to communicate with me and apparently diddnt have a delivery driver. We Are now all sat waiting for a new order from shanghai chef and I would advise anybody to avoid this unproffessional restaurant. Not even a call to apologise and still couldn't get through to give them a piece of my mind!! They need to be shut down.
