Couldn't give lower. Some of the orders didn't arrive. Paid in cash, didn't get a refund, and have to wait for the rest of the order. Terrible. The staff were truly awful. Totally ruined Xmas Eve. Will be seeking advice. DO NOT PAY CASH. They will not refund.
Always order from here, and the food is always beautiful and hot, waiting times for delivery is roughly an hour but normally comes before, would definitely recommend
I tried to order on my iPhone (Apple Safari) and it would not work. I then phoned in and repeated the exact same order. When the food arrived (an hour and a half delivery time), the one order was incorrect. I ordered Chicken Balls in Sweet & Sour source but only got a container of Sweet & Sour source. When I called back the man said that I didn’t order Chicken Balls, and that I would need to pay delivery again for them to send the item. I was furious and swore that I would not buy from them again. However, the food we did receive was delicious - the best Chinese we have had in Newport - so we will persevere. So much potential but they need to sort their ordering and delivery out.

We ordered menu cb for two the prawn toast was terrible it was stale and was probably yesterday’s ! The beef in black bean sauce was chewy the crispy beef was so hard you couldn’t chew it and the chicken in Hong Kong style sweet and sour was hard all in all I would say it was all yesterdays left overs the food was awful the only nice thing was the sticky ribs ! Always have takeaways from here but this is the last time it was really disappointing!
Nice food, staff patient. Food came promptly. Didn't judge the atmosphere as not a dine in restaurant.
Went in here today for my first time and I expected it to be quite pricey, looking at the portions they looked quite small but boy I was wrong, i was barely able to finish it. Ordered Roasted Pork Chow mein and spring rolls all for £8 and the price to food ratio is very good. Lots of food, not too pricey, and the customer service was amazing, we even got to order 15mins before the shop opened. Very good food and always hot, would definetly come and eat here again!
Phoned like alway do to put my orderI in . cause i know the gentleman always takes my order over phone with card .,cause he knows I can't use internet but tonight he was so rude he lost a fifty pound order .which is fine but I found him quite rude as I always order .cause apparently he was to busy
As a regular there for years, when I picked up the phone, they were impatient and kept on telling me to repeat my order, I gave up. I will never go there again
If I could put 0 stars I would!! Terrible service been waiting over 2 hours for a delivery, ordered 7:30pm now 9:45pm and still no delivery called them 3 times!! For an update and ETA told it’s on its way & Still no delivery, it’s only a 9 minute drive away don’t take an order you can’t deliver !! waste of time and money won’t be ordering from them again I don’t recommend using this Chinese, very poor service can’t comment about the food as didn’t arrive!!
