   We were waiting for almost 10min until the staff at the counter finished the personal call. We decided to try chinese food that day to fulfill my son's wish. So waited with our utmost tolerance. Otherwise would have gone to some other places for dinner take away. Worst customer service. Food taste and quantity was good. But customer always put the quality of service in first place. Hope they better realize this. Thanks.

   *ordered on just eat.We’ve ordered from chans many times, but the experience Friday was ridiculous! Ordered food around half 8 we knew it would be about 40-50 minutes from previous orders. An hour and a bit in I got a call asking about the order almost like it hadn’t been recorded correctly. I then called the store to find out what was going on and the store worker was screaming at someone in Chinese about our order. She wasn’t listening to me so I hung up. I tried to call back for her to say we busy you far far away and hung up! We live across the city a 10 minute drive from the store. We have cctv so pulled up the camera to look for the driver, the driver drove up our street turned around WITHOUT checking house numbers and drove back down the street. He then rung me to find us, yes I got sarcastic with him but by this point it was 9:52 pm !!! Food was cold by the time it reached us and I had to reheat it. The ribs were also incredibly dry. We will be looking into other Chinese takeaways in future!

   ordered food from Just Eat today – roast duck and spring rolls – and it was the worst food I’ve ever received. Everything went straight to the bin. The spring rolls were soaked in grease, and instead of duck, it was just skin and fat in batter. I do not recommend it.

   I have always ordered from here and it’s been nice but I had a meal box yesterday and me and another person had had a bout of food poisoning, the beef was hard noodles undercooked, soggy chicken balls and all the sauce was mixed togeather not in the usual pots they do, so disappointed, not sure if they have changed there chef? “Edit” this was chans cwmbran not Newport my mistake

   Food didn’t come kept on blaming the delivery person NO communication!! Had to ring Three times and it was still the same “we only have two delivery drivers!” It does not take over an hour and half to drop food off!!

   Food is actually nice, but every single time we order here we have to call them to remind them of the order because there is some kind of issue. The deliveries are consistently late, if you're lucky it'll be 20/30 minutes, if you're unlucky is hours. We've put an order through JustEat at 5:30pm with expected delivery at 6pm. At 6:30pm still no updates on the app. We called 3 times and no one picked up. We have now cancelled the order and got a refund through JustEat. We were regular clients but this is officially the last time we order food from there. Enough is enough.

   A splendid Chinese with good tasting food. Lemon chicken is one of my favourite dishes and this one came with the sauce separately. Lots of chicken in the container and i enjoyed very much. House special fried rice is another one of my favourites and again I was not disappointed. Food came super quick and the delivery driver was super smiley which is always a good start. I will be ordering again soon as I have no complaints with the food. Keep up the good work and thanks you f for a great meal. x x
