   I went to buy the school shoes and trainers for my daughter and husband. However, when we went to pay for it. The female staff at the till was not friendly at all! She shows her smiling face to other customers, but not to us! She tried to ask us to buy the coating for the shoes with a rude attitude! After we rejected her suggestion, she lost her patience! No thank you, no face expression and even turned her back to us!!!! Absolutely unacceptable! **Update: 28/02/2025** I have no idea when and how the deichmann contacted me!! Super disappointed!!

   Saw a pair of boots in the window asked the male assistant where they were didn't know. Said he was busy with a nother customer other customer was only trying on. Poor customer service went further down the road and bought a pair of boots. Suggest you retrain your staff on Customer Service

   I was purchasing boots. And the man who was serving me said would I like the leather spray to protect the boots. I said no as I wanted to try the boots on properly when I got home. He said you can return it if you don't want it. I said well how would they know if I have uses it or not. If I don't want the boots. And he said you can return it no questions asked. So I ended up taking it. The boots didn't fit properly. So I said to my mum to return it all including the spray. And I when .y mum got home she came back with the spray. I said mum why have you not returned it. She said they wouldn't return it. I said the man who served me said they would return it. If I could give 1 star I would.

   TINA EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL We bought some shoes from deichman store in Luton and the Luton store confirmed that i can return them in any branch as i live in leicester. Before purchasing the shoes i showed the worker that they were very dirty and requested a new one, she confirmed that alot of their shoes in their store are dirty, so to take that one or leave it. We came to the leicester branch to return our shoes, we were served by TINA. She was extremely argumentative and her way of presenting herself was very confrontational. She accused us of wearing the shoes and said the shoes were dirty. She refused to take back the shoes even after we had confirmed that we purchased it dirty from the store, she also claimed that because we bought it from Luton we can only return it there, when that's not true. She was very unprofessional and was involving other customers and encouraging them to get invloved. When we told her to please not involve other customers as its not professional to do so, Tina replied that everyone can speak as they wish, creating a scene. She told me to bring shoes from her store to prove that they're dirty. I picked up multiple shoes that were extremely filthy at the bottom and inside of the shoe. She claimed that they're dirty because people's feet are dirty when they try them. Her service was totally out of order and made us and all the customers around us feel very uncomfortable. We felt very embarrassed and intimidated. People like this will definitely spoil the name of your company. I was a regular customer but i dont feel like coming back again. Below i have attached photos of shoes that they're selling in the store that are filthy but they're still selling it in store. (There's multiple like this in store)

   It's good...Lots of different popular shoe brands... The last time we went, there were #JUSTHYPE bags and she wanted the whole set but it was a little too expensive-money is getting too tight for us commoners.
