Absolutely disgusting service from the assistant manager- Greg at highcross. Never been spoken to in such a vile manner. My mums boots that cost £190 got a hole in after one wear. We took them back to store to be greeted by the delightful Greg. His attitude and demeanour was disgusting. He had no concept of consumer law or customer service. This man should not be working with the general public. His customer service skills are non existent. He started boasting about being an ex police officer in order to try and intimidate us. He obviously was not a very good one with his lack of knowledge. Overall we were absolutely horrified and will never return again. We have also alerted our large social media following to this behaviour. Jones - please speak to your assistant manager and ensure he does not display this upsetting attitude to other customers.

Charged me for something I didn't ask and never even gave me. Came home and realised I have paid £20.00 for something that is not in the bag . They've offered us a couple of products for the shoes which I declined but didn't expect to be put on the bill without my permission. The shoes are nice and I love them but the pushy sales and charging me without my person is something I haven't experienced before. Sent 2 emails to their customer service department, had to chase them twice and they've only replied with a generic email....

Bought a pair of new season leather biker boots today. Absolutely gorgeous and top quality. The store is situated in the High cross shopping centre, Leicester on the upper floor and has a wheelchair accessible entrance. The sales person was extremely polite and well informed. I also paid a little extra for my boots to be specially treated in a machine, which protects them and purchased leather wax. The total cost was £128 and they are worth every penny.

I've bought these shoes for £80 and put them on for one day, walked from the house to the car to the office and a load of scuff marks appeared (top leather pealed off). Some just because of getting in contact with a carpet!! I wasn't happy with the quality and went to the shop to return / replace them as the voucher said. The shop manager refused and said any leather shoes will get this type of marks and return policy doesn't apply. I will leave it to other customers to look at the picture and decide for themselves if an £80 shoe is meant to get such marks after one day use. BTW marks look much worse in reality on the front and sides. Very disappointed, not coming back to this shop!!
