   Very disappointing experience. I queried a pricing discrepancy where an item marked at £55 scanned at £66. While I understand mistakes happen, the store manager working on Sunday was extremely rude and confrontational. The price label was ripped off the garment, I was spoken to dismissively, and told my only options were to pay the higher price or have a refund, with no apology or basic customer service. The sales assistant present looked visibly uncomfortable. I left the store visibly shaking. This level of behaviour from a store manager is unacceptable.

   Bought a pair of shoes online unfortunately the were too small returned them to the Cariff store were the young lady was very helpful and my refund has gone straight through to my account, can't fault the store or staff thank you

   Shame there isn’t an option for no stars. Awful staff members and manager who is extremely rude and don’t seem to know their own terms and conditions. Tried to return a purchase that was bought in store to be told they will not accept it even with my receipt and to contact customer services. After travelling over two hours to return these items. Then contacted customer services who told me that they don’t have a say in the situation and it is down to the manager in store to make the decisions. Do not buy anything for someone as a gift as they won’t accept it back.

   I am a lover of perfume but boy was the smell in here just way too strong. It’s a shame because there were so many lovely clothes but I couldn’t stay too long.

   As others have said very frustrating shopping experience prices are all in euros, but when you try and purchase it isn’t even the correct conversion to pounds! I was told they have increased their prices outside of the EU - but clearly the cardiff branch can’t be bothered to change their price tags. Don’t bother going I say!

   As others have said, the staff are rude and unhelpful. The pricings of clothes are incorrect and inconsistent with the prices found online. However, when you try to purchase something they do not allow you to pay the price on the tag and instead refer to their website to show you the actual price.

   Love the style of the clothes and the smell of the shop bit the sizes are shockingly terrible that's why I'm giving it a 3* some size 6 trousers fit me and some 12s are too tight. There is no sense in that at all. I'm usually an 8 so it isn't ideal to order online or buy any trousers without trying them on first. The staff are lovely here.
