   I ordered online in phase eight and pick it up to this store (Cardiff st David’s ) the two ladies in there is pleasant and welcoming , she asked me if I want the dress to fit in the store which I’m hoping to do , the dress is pretty and it was on sale , only thing is the belt was not included in the parcel , good thing that I open the parcel in store . This lady in the store looked for a spare belt that is just for this dress. They are so helpful and I can say that I’m not disappointed . Online and in store phase eight is a good shop with very pretty selection of clothes !!

   Excellent service today, collected a dress that I ordered online the assistant kindly unpacked and asked if I wished to try it on, she then hung it for me and placed it in a fitting room for me. Unfortunately I didn't quite fit, nevertheless the return was processed the refund was back in my account the same afternoon. I will definitely shop there again. Thank you

   Very disappointed with my experience in this store, I was shopping for a wedding guest outfit, which should be a pleasurable experience, it was far from that unfortunately. I chose a dress to try on, upon entering the fitting rooms, out of 3, 2 were being used and one was open... I waited incase someone was using it and moved away, I asked other customers who were in the area if they had seen anyone use it, and they confirmed they hadn't. I entered the cubicle, and proceeded to undress to try on the dress I had chosen only to have an assistant shout 'excuse me' and feel it acceptable to pull the curtain back and advise that she had put clothes in that cubicle for another customer (who was milling around the store) to use, she then snatched the clothes out of the cubicle, and again thought it acceptable to apologize profusely to the other customer. Not once did I receive an apology for her pulling the cubicle curtain open while I was undressing. I did purchase the dress and the said assistant served me, and all she said was would I like a bag? Not good enough Cardiff Phase Eight. I would not recommend this shop for customer service, my experience was very upsetting and made, what should have been a nice experience anything but.

   Visited phase eight with my friend yesterday to look for suitable clothes for our upcoming children's weddings. My friend is your average size and I'm plus size. So when Christine came over and asked if she could help, I just imagined the scene from pretty woman(we don't have anything for you in this store). I blushed and said no thank you, I don't think your clothes fit me in this store. She asked my size, while I was still blushing and she was lovely, offered me great advice, showed me what would suit and made me feel really welcome. Thank you Christine, for building self confidence. Xx

   Visited as group. Asked for size 8 trousers and only ones on model. Younger member staff very helpful and asked the elder one. This elderly lady looked me up and down and said are you sure you are a size 8. Whilst she was taking trousers offf model I picked up another suit and was looking in mirror. This suit was not my size but looking for style and choice. This was snatched out of my hands and she rushed to changing room. I repeated its not my size. Then sat in seated area while another trying in clothes. This same elderly lady decided use Henry hoover to make us feel awkward. Not only was she rude to us but made very clear to customers they’re not late night and implying shop closed but open til 6. Someone with no respect for others and clearly not wanting anyone in store in the last hour
