   Went to the shop in Cardiff and copped the Black Couture club Yacht Club Tee Staff were incredibly helpful and I spoke to the one guy about the whole brand itself and the other brand “ Strive performance “ and we spoke about a few of the other boys involved within the clothing culture and strive performance and it was really enjoyable speaking to someone from the brand itself 5/5 experience

   The store layout is actually super clean big fan of the MJ and Travis artwork, feels like they're guarding the sneaker wall like style gods. Everything’s laid out nicely, easy to browse without feeling like you're on a scavenger hunt. Shoe selection? Solid. Some real heat in there, and also some price tags that made me audibly whisper “nah.” Only downside was the staff had the energy of a broccoli haired boy band that just found out their tour bus got repossessed. One of them looked like he was about to square up just because we walked in 20 minutes before. Cool spot overall, just maybe bring a peace offering if you're visiting near closing time.

   Really disappointed with the customer service I had received. Returned a coat in which I left the store without the coat, no refund and a sales assistant number to contact me regarding a refund. I made numerous attempts to contact someone and did not receive a response. The Cardiff store does not have a contact number and rarely has a manager in to support the staff with returns. I was given a credit note to be told I can only purchase certain items with it. Would not recommend.

   Absolutely loved this shop!!! Been to both Swansea & Cardiff and the service at both is fab!! Excellent quality clothing and top quality trainers (some quite rare…). Would recommend if you love up to date fashion!! ♥️
