Place nice and busy but the woman at the till moaning loudly about everything. Sandwich not served like the ones in hudds town center, would not reccomend, especially with what it costs.
Came today sat out back this was 10 to 9 nothing was set up inside she was sorting her till out but the state of the back was disgusting super packets all over floor and filthy tables what has happened to this once nice shop
First time I ever been into one of these establishments they used to have a good reputation so Costa was busy so thought I’d give it a try now I thought Costa coffee was expensive but this place is pretty expensive compared to Costa I think they are missing a truck or two has Costa was rammed compared to this place now the food was not bad or the service but competition is strong I think a few tweeks the place could be booming .
Had two breakfasts at £10 each, there was no hash browns and it wasn’t replaced with anything else or discounted, when they brought the food out it was all cold! Most definitely was not cooked fresh or even today, bacon was so hard it bent out forks trying to cut it. My fried egg was not a fried egg, may as well have been an omelette! Would not come here again, was not a great experience.
called in today it was very quiet which was unusual, we noticed a few new members of staff. food was ok nothing special my toasty was served on a tiny plate along with a letice leave a slice of tomato on the side hubby got bacon sandwich we both gt each in the smallest mugs I've ever seen in a cafe. I know things have increased in price but I thought It was over prices at £18..50.

The flat white with oat milk is amaze balls and they always try and put a fancy picture on my coffee :-D The staff are always helpful even though the cafe is manic. Do I get a free coffee for putting this review now? Ha ha ha :-D
Lovely and cosy establishment. Great food fast and pleasent service. Lovely staff. The ideal place for a rest and spot of lunch and a lovely pot of tea or coffee.
Staff are SO rude and pushy. Went in for two sandwiches at lunchtime. Was shouted and snapped at for no reason. Rushed through so quickly I couldn't even order a drink! Went to Greggs instead. Awful place
I've been to this cafe a handful of times and usually only order a coffee, which is always good by the way, but today I ordered a bacon and sausage sandwich and it's perhaps the worst sandwich I've had in my time in Brighouse. But the main reason I've given the cafe a 1 star review instead of 2/3 is because of the way they dealt with it. The person behind the counter just shrugged and said sorry, and when you're providing food like that for the prices they're charging, I expect better. I wish I had read some of the reviews below before I had ordered food. By all means go here for a coffee, but don't go near the hot food; it's appalling.
