Why when trying to use my Blue Light card am I asked to go on the app and download a voucher? Everywhere else just gives a discount, no fuss. Baked potato was ok. Not a lot of beans and cheese and no butter provided which left the potato rather dry. Staff are always OK and its quite cosy.
I organised a meal for our group with 63 attendees. Mike and the team were brilliant. They organised it so tables were served food at the same time, making it a more companionable experience than last year, were some were waiting for food and the person next to them was finished. Everyone had a lovely time, thought the food was excellent.
Lovely staff attentive and hard working. Food was lovely. Food cooked fresh a little wait but I prefer this to be honest. It was so nice to see staff smiling and engaging. I liked the layout plenty of options either have a more isolated corner or be with others. It was nice to have the option. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces considering it was a Saturday afternoon. The only negative that I would say I did not like was the sticky tables. One of my pet hates however this would not put me off going here as everything else was just right.
Large group of 13 celebrating a birthday. Every single meal was well cooked, presented and tasted lovely. Service was excellent and prompt delivery of drinks ordering off the app. Really good.
Haven't been to the 3 archs for while. My wife and I had a lovely meal and a couple of pints of Brains SA. Fish and chips was good quality and the chicken burger was very tasty not sure the hash browns were needed in the burger. The service was very good efficient. The staff very friendly and helpful.
Super friendly staff specifically Kelly, sam and groom. Food is fantastic. So clean and a great atmosphere. The park is a great asset for children and adds to the family pub atmosphere. I could not recommend it enough.
We were greeted at the door with a 'Merry Christmas' and shown to our seats which was nicely decorated with Christmas crackers. We were then about 5 minutes later given our starter and it was delicious. They then cleared our table and given 10 minutes before they brought out the mains and it was one of the best Christmas meal I think I've had in a long time and the roast potatoes was my absolute favourite and you could tell that they weren't just frozen potatoes but fresh and fluffy. The main thing is that we weren't rushed and could take our time. They came and cleared our mains then brought out our dessert and Oh my god was it niceeeee. It was a perfect Christmas meal and the atmosphere was special and the staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming and went out of their way to make it special. There wasn't anything that was bad or even below average it was perfect.
The staff were so friendly and the pub is clean, tidy and comfortable.The service was excellent. Two people in my party didn't enjoy their food and had to leave it I had the fish and chips and really enjoyed mine. The deducted star is due to the fact that a few of the food options were not available and no alternative was available. They said they were struggling with deliveries.
Excellent service and food, I had lamb kofta for starter and a bbq beef burger (can't remember the proper name) for mains. Really enjoyed the food, tasty and cooked perfectly, was so nice to have the food piping hot too! Only downfall was the gents toilets, I had to hold my breath lol.
