   I would like the staff who looked after me when the RAC dropped my car off on 14th November 2025. It was left there overnight my clutch went they phoned me next day. To say they'll look at as soon possible. I phoned them back because I had warranty with another garage. They phoned back and said i had a in my number plate and didn't know if they did it. They said they would replace free of charge and take my car to the garage. I was shocked they phoned me about the number plate not many garages would do that. Thank you boys

   Great service - particularly their communication. Had to replace my washer reservoir and wipe switch - they saved me £100s by finding cheaper replacements via a reputable supplier (not the manufacturer!). Highly recommend and will be booking my next Service & MOT with Fairwater garage!

   Took my van in on a Saturday morning (unplanned) with a broken exhaust on the off chance it could be fixed before having to drive back home. Fair play, the job was done quickly, and successfully (I got back without further drama), and was charged a reasonable price. Good to still have garages that can help people out of a fix when possible - much appreciated.

   I've been previously messed around by multiple garages over many years, so I feel well qualified to comment on work I've had done at Fairwater recently. Pricing - appears fair to me, costs are transparent, work carried out is explained clearly with reasoning why. No gouging on part pricing, and the labour rate is very reasonable in this day and age. Communication - excellent. Timely phone calls about progress on work and good time-frame estimations on how long work would take. I've never had to chase these guys or phone them up, and I've never been told "oh it should be done by...". I was amazed that these guys were able to turn my car around as quickly as they did. Help them out - if you phone and book ahead, give an idea of what needs done or a clear description of what you think is wrong, they can often order parts ahead. I'm also impressed that they were happy for me to provide my own oil filter for recent service - though they obviously cannot offer a warranty on customer-provided parts, a lot of garages will just point-blank say no. Overall, I will continue to come back to Fairwater garages and recommend them to others. I suspect other negative reviews on here are from people who generally don't understand cars or have unrealistic expectations - that parts can just fail, that diagnostics are an imprecise science, or that sometimes you just find more problems than expected - that is the nature of owning a car. Overall, I think these guys are fantastic and I can't fault the place.

   1.did fairwater garage supply me with wrong fuel yes 2 did fairwater book my car in for diagnostics yes 3 was my car there for 5 months untouched yes 4 did there service advisor break the data protection law by putting my number in his phone and calling me at 8pm yes 5 was my calls ignored for weeks on end and told someone would call me back within the hour yes 6 is fairwater now not only blocked my number but also not replying to my emails yes 7 the fact is fairwater garage has tried to brush this issue under the carpet yes 8 will I be taking this to a solicitor not left with no choice so yes 9 would I recommend fairwater garage 100%not

   Got my bike MOT'd there & overall I found the garage to give good service, telling me what was wrong with the bike, possible fixes & whether it was urgent or not. Friendly atmosphere & I was in & out in 30-40 mins. Only issue I had was trying to use their online booking system...I heard nothing for a few days so called & got an MOT slot, pretty much when I wanted it anyway, so all good.
